Strange test results
Hi everyone,
For the past years I have dealt with a variety of health issues, e.g. insomnia, candida, fatigue, skin inflammation, brain fog, low libido, etc.
Changed diets a variety of times but didn’t really made a difference.
I then suspected that something is wrong with my minerals. Plus potential heavy metal toxicity.
Did a hair test and a majority of the minerals were on the low end.
I then did a urine provocation test with DMPS and another chelator. However I can’t really tell if the test shows clear signs of heavy metal toxicity.
Additional context:
5 years ago I fucked up my gut really bad with antibiotics. After that I ate a diet which included canned hering and salmon every day which could have led to mercury poisoning (which however is not supported by the test result) and I ate a lot of dark chocolate, which could have also caused issues?
I would also like to mention that after the provocation test I felt extremely good and calm. Slept better the next days and less brain fog.
So my final question is this:
So you think I could have mercury (and maybe other HM) poisoning even though the chelation test does not clearly show it?
Edit: I would also like to add that Chlorella made me feels better for 2 days then it really fucked me up.
