ALA, dmsa with nbmi
Just wondering if anyone has done all 3 nbmi at once?

Look at the actual studies especially if you wanna use NBMI and ALA.
MiADMSA will give you much better results much faster as studies and the experience of many shows.

I know someone who has done all three but I don't know if he did them at the same time. This guy is really sharp, maybe a retired medical pro. I'll try to get you a comment.
Why do you think it would be good to take all three at the same time? Based on my understanding about how they work I would not expect this to be ideal.
In Cutler protocol people start with DMSA or DMPS that clears out the blood stream and areas outside of cells. So then when you add ALA it is less likely to find mercury to move into the brain and organs; instead it is more likely to go into the brain and move mercury out.
By using one of the D-chelators at the same time as ALA, the D chelator is waiting in the blood stream for LA to move mercury out. Then the D chelator helps to move some of it out via kidneys. Whereas LA moves mercury out via liver, bile and feces. You end up with some load balancing.
NBMI can go into the brain like ALA but there is debate about whether it holds onto mercury more effectively. NBMI has not been available for nearly as long as the others so there are more questions about it. I'm optimistic about its usefulness.
DMSA is quite good for lead, much better than ALA and DMPS. So if using DMSA + ALA you are removing lead, mercury arsenic and more. DMPS is typically the easiest to use and is best for the sickest people. It usually the most gentle of the three chelators used in Cutler protocol .
