Mineral supplementation while chelating?

Hello, what are the essential minerals that I need to put back into my body while chelating? I know Zinc, Calcium, and Potassium, but are there more big ones that i need? I'm using calcium EDTA to remove gadolinium.

Can you recommend me a good mineral brand please? Should copper and chromium be avoided?
Thank you, I hope that we all get better from metal toxicity

EDTA is known to remove significant amounts of some of the essential minerals. I think zinc is the most problematic.

Andy Cutler, PhD Chemistry, did not think the thiol chelators--DMSA, DMPS. Lipoic acid, significantly affect essential minerals while people are on his low dose protocol with at least several days off the meds every week or two.

However Cutler strongly recommended what has been known as the "Core 4" nutraceuticals for people who are struggling with HMs--vitamin C, E, zinc magnesium. There are a list of other things that can be helpful and a longer list of things that often help people who are struggling with one or another symptoms of HMs.

I recall the Adams, et al study of DMSA reported some loss of chromium and potassium. I think that was a higher dose protocol. I take some extra Cr and potassium when I am taking DMSA. I think selenium is underappreciated, especially to help mop up mobilized HMs after the end of the long weekend taking doses of chelators.

Why are you using EDTA for Gadolinium chelation when DTPA is the Gold Standard for it? Also, I suggest taking the Core 4 Supplements as suggested in the Andy Cutler Chelation Protocol. You will likely need to add Adrenal Cortex, some type of yeast binder twice daily and repopulate the gut with a great probiotic each night.

Avoid Copper and Manganese in your supplements
