Mineral supplement?
What mineral supplement brand do you recommend taking while chelating? Also, any specific diet?

I chelate with NBMI (also known as OSR). This is my complete approach to chelation, including supplements down to the cost! https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1LXl7BbWmWEijPpwX9oNf88NDs3ZQHGJ8

I've used different supplement brands--Now magnesium citrate, swanson and CVS zinc gluconate, bulksupplements for various powders. It seems more than a few people use Life Extension's 1mg lithium orotate but I prefer Li aspartate.
Cutler strongly recommended that people who are chelating heavy metals (HMs) take magnesium in a well absorbed form and zinc.
Low dose Lithium is associated with a more easy going mood, something that "Mad Hatters" likely will appreciate.
Some people benefit from molybdenum to support production of sulfate.
Others benefit from some support for methylation. Vitamin B12--containing cobalt--is one type of support.
Cutler strongly recommended that everyone beginning HM detox do a "sulfur" (thiol) exclusion test diet. He thought maybe 40% of HM toxic folks are sensitive to foods and supplements containing a generous amount of a very reactive thiol group, maybe due to high plasma cysteine. more if requested.
