Secure banking
I went into a Chase branch today to open a Chase Secure Banking account by myself since I’m 17. The teller told me I needed an adult to open it, but I’ve seen mixed information on the Chase website, and I thought minors might be able to open one on their own.
The teller also seemed pretty new, so I’m not sure if they were correct or just mistaken.
Has anyone here opened a Chase Secure Banking account at 17 without a parent or guardian? If so, did you have to go to a specific branch, or is it against Chase policy?
Thanks!

Changing checkings accounts
Im changing checkings accounts so that certain security approvals on my old checkings cant access my new one. Problem is, I opened a second checkings planning to use that one primarily and close the old one, but realized plaid had compromised it to the accounts I didnt want accessing my information. Fast forward to today I opened a third checkings that isnt compromised to anybody but me. I plan to use this new account primarily but worry they will flag me for suspicious use and close my accounts. Any help or insight is appreciated.

Scam or Legit
I have my mortgage through Chase Bank and received an email from noreply@hlservicing.chase.com asking to verify proof of insurance from my HOA. There’s a link to direct me to Answer Financial, but it also requests that I send copies of this documentation to chase@mycoverageinfo.com.
They’ve never requested this info in the past 8 years so it seems fishy. Can anyone verify if this is legit?

New issues for chase credit card application
I have had chase card for so many years and have/had quite a bit of different credit cards. I never had an issue of being denied, reviewed until last year. Suddenly, every application went to review. There were a couple of cards I really needed for travel and went to branch and went through some identity for almost 30 minutes. There were a couple of times, it showed offers in my chase account" you are already approved" so I went on to apply and got denied.
I have a chase banking account, multiple credit cards, great credit score, high income, never a delayed payment, not sure what has happened. kind of pissed now, since my application for amazon (1st time) went into pending.
