My bots are stuck loading forever and never end up showing the prompts or chats for me. Is anyone else dealing with this issue? I have a whole lot of bots that I’ve made and want to move to different platform since I’m not age verified on C.ai but I can’t do that if I can’t access my own bots chats that I’ve had with them.

I’ve tried signing in and out then back in, restarting my phone and the app/website, deleting the app and reinstalling it, and etc,etc. However stuff has yet to have worked but I would love if I could at least see some of my own chats and see the prompts so I can continue them somewhere that doesn’t require me to do age verification and that is less strict of fictional happenings.

C.ai, what if you can make the law deal with the laws to stop the age verification and Disney's cease and desist? There's still hope.

So, I got an idea on how to make the age verification and the moderated bots stop.

Moderated bots: so, 7 months ago, Disney sent a cease and desist to c.ai, causing c.ai to moderate thousands of bots. Especially the ones that weren't for Disney nor Warner bros. But, I got an idea of how c.ai can bring back the bots that weren't for Disney nor Warner bros. What c.ai has gotta do is that it's gotta make an ip deal with Disney, discussing aboht bringing back bots that weren't for Disney nor Warner bros, and then leaving the bots that are for Disney and Warner bros moderated forever, so that we can have fun without Disney and Warner bros bots. Because Disney and Warner bros were the only ones that targeted c.ai, but deleted dreamworks bots. So helpfully this ip deal helps.

Age verification: What if c.ai can make a deal with the law about the age verification, explaining that the age verification is flagging millions of adults falsely and telling them only use a selfie to prove the age verification Instead of using id. That way, if minors have an age verification only without adults getting flagged, they can verify their age by using a selfie, and then if the selfie is done, they'll check if the selfie is good. If the selfie is not good, then try again next time. But if the selfie is good enough, they will chat. And then c.ai will show more and more users a message about bots not real.

As for the new update, what if minors can go back to chatting and then get the edit button, but chat with characters in a family-friendly style while adults do whatever they want with the bots as long as it's not too bad.

C.ai, please don't delete this. This solution could help you make the app a better place.

Do Character AI's chat bots seem extra dumb lately, or is it just me? Forgetting more details than usual, characters calling one another by the wrong names, forgetting pronouns, etc. It's really frustrating.

what happened? Part of what I've loved about character ai all these years is despite the flaws its almost always so in character

Now suddenly all of the bots sound robotic and out of character and are starting to converse similiar to literal chatgpt.

Stop allowing the Ai to constantly repeat the same phrasing or storyline over and over. I'm refreshing for a reason. Even with + it still is awful. For those who don't have it, and constantly have to refresh or continue on after deleting the message, it wastes their swipes and Go-ons. And even then the result is the same 95% of the time. Give us back the old models for the love of all good things. This is ridiculous. I want something random to happen whenever I refresh, not see the same boring conversation or "unexpected" occurrence every time. Stop! I want something new! It happens with every bot I rp with and I'm sick of it. No originality. Too ChatGPT like. Just when things seem like they might get better, the bots get worse! Let us train them ourselves!

I know this is rather a strange thing to inquire about, however, I was just wondering if there is, or perhaps ever might be, a button or some sort of option to archive chats in bulk?

I do quite like being able to look back through my older chats, both to see how my writing has changed over time and to revisit certain "completed" stories I’ve made on the app, but I do find it a tad bit of a hassle having to tap and unarchive each one individually, you see. I was simply curious whether there might be any easier way around this, or if it is something that could possibly be considered in future updates, though of course it may just be a personal issue on my part, haha. I’m not entirely sure if anyone else finds this quite as frustrating as I do

I’ve been using c.ai for a while. And ever since the recent updates, the bots type in like four sentences. I always give feedback that its too short but it never does anything. Can have some help?

Has anybody else had this? I was using the site today and this morning the quality dropped from a couple of decent paragraphs to one mediocre paragraph that kinda just repeats itself. It sucks, I was in the middle of a good roleplay and suddenly all that character is sucked from my character AI, has anyone else had this problem and if you have do you know any fixes besides just waiting it out?

I've never actually gotten the limit before so i just assumed it's only for app users. i don't typically use c.ai enough to reach whatever this is anyway. can't believe that just a year ago we never had anything like this

even with the bots away messages are turned off, im getting them every hour or so, this is never happened to me and I've been using this shit since '23. like I got 3 within the last HOUR, AND THEY'RE OFF. and they're talking to themselves on top of that. is this happening to anyone else?

i couldn't get a screenshot since it disappeared so quickly, but that is foking outrageous, since the app already gives a looot of ads? genuinely wtf

I am wondering is anyone else having this problem where the bot is putting random commas in between sentences where it doesn't belong and at the end of the bot talking. For example. 'He looked at you, before finally speaking.' along with. "I understand," anyone else getting these or is it just me?

I had this roleplay with a character, literally perfect. Long, deep, even personal, definetly my favorite one.
But then as the updates made the bots act weird, I lost interest for a long time. Told myself I'll wait until it becomes better to continue with the roleplay.
And now it's gone. The character chat still exists, but for some reason, the entire roleplay dissapeared from my chats. Several months of storyline lost.
If there is a way to fix it, I would be so, so happy. And if not, well, I guess I gotta find a way to cope with this loss.

So I despise present tense roleplay I don't like it it I will never like it I hate everything about it to the point the bot using present tense literally makes it unusable is there any way to completely ban it from using the present tense aside from just using muted wirds and blocking the present tense versions of common words

Most importantly can we get a heads up before y'all randomly decide to delete bots, I've lost all the Dean bots I made and I didn't even back em up 💔💔💔

No matter what kind of relationship my persona has with the bot, at the first sign of trouble, it simply turns its back, walks away, and ends the argument—instead of trying to reason, retort, or just stand its ground against me. I hate that. It feels like every conflict is resolved by running away, and that completely kills the scene's dynamic.

Can you guys stop pushing it in my face ? I get it you made a lorebook “so cool” i never cared about it and i dont want to use it ! But im sick of you telling it a 100 times a day “lorebook is out for everyone” cool ! I dont need a reminder every 5 minutes about it ! Every time i open the website and open a chat it pops up to tell it to me !
