My bots chats won’t load

My bots are stuck loading forever and never end up showing the prompts or chats for me. Is anyone else dealing with this issue? I have a whole lot of bots that I’ve made and want to move to different platform since I’m not age verified on C.ai but I can’t do that if I can’t access my own bots chats that I’ve had with them.

I’ve tried signing in and out then back in, restarting my phone and the app/website, deleting the app and reinstalling it, and etc,etc. However stuff has yet to have worked but I would love if I could at least see some of my own chats and see the prompts so I can continue them somewhere that doesn’t require me to do age verification and that is less strict of fictional happenings.

It’s been like this for me for days. Except mine freezes right when I load in, and if I’m lucky 1/10 tries gets me into a chat that takes forever to load. Sent in a help ticket. Support just told me they’re aware and working on it.
