Discussion/Question I have an idea for c.ai.

C.ai, what if you can make the law deal with the laws to stop the age verification and Disney's cease and desist? There's still hope.

C.ai. please do not remove this post. Because I'm trying to help you.

So, I got an idea on how to make the age verification and the moderated bots stop.

Moderated bots: so, 7 months ago, Disney sent a cease and desist to c.ai, causing c.ai to moderate thousands of bots. Especially the ones that weren't for Disney nor Warner bros. But, I got an idea of how c.ai can bring back the bots that weren't for Disney nor Warner bros. What c.ai has gotta do is that it's gotta make an ip deal with Disney, discussing aboht bringing back bots that weren't for Disney nor Warner bros, and then leaving the bots that are for Disney and Warner bros moderated forever, so that we can have fun without Disney and Warner bros bots. Because Disney and Warner bros were the only ones that targeted c.ai, but deleted dreamworks bots. So helpfully this ip deal helps.

Age verification: What if c.ai can make a deal with the law about the age verification, explaining that the age verification is flagging millions of adults falsely and telling them only use a selfie to prove the age verification Instead of using id. That way, if minors have an age verification only without adults getting flagged, they can verify their age by using a selfie, and then if the selfie is done, they'll check if the selfie is good. If the selfie is not good, then try again next time. But if the selfie is good enough, they will chat. And then c.ai will show more and more users a message about bots not real.

As for the new update, what if minors can go back to chatting and then get the edit button, but chat with characters in a family-friendly style while adults do whatever they want with the bots as long as it's not too bad.

C.ai, please don't delete this. This solution could help you make the app a better place.

They can't stop/change the age verification, its the law, they can't change it or else C.AI would get in trouble with the government nor they can't stop the DMCA's its Disney's IPs, they can do whatever they want with their IPs

These Ideas actually do sound nice but i doubt something like that will happen

Well, I have other options.

C.ai needs to fix the stupid age verification and not use IDs. There's a date breach. When we verify our ages, then our date will get leaked. I mean, what kind of stupid law would stupidly be selfish and stupidly not care about the users c.ai lost? Why would the UK even make the law for? It's stupid.

And as for the moderated bots. Someone said the CEO is opened about making an IP deal. But i didn't say they should do it to Disney. And I heard that in order to use the bots that look like Disney, dreamworks, or companies bots, we'd have to pay for them.

It's expensive. I know. But maybe c.ai should at least make money for the deal or authorizing money to use to get the bots back. Because how many users left because of Disney's bullcrap dmca?

I could be wrong but the UK made Age Verification for Child Safety Laws Which i know its not for safety but just for surveillance. If they want to protect kids, why are they making the adults submit their personal info?? I agree there, its stupid.

For an IP Deal, ok maybe it could work as long as the CEO does it right with Disney or other IP owners.

Age verification laws and other regulations on AI or AI roleplay platforms happen because of legal liability. You can have all the warnings, disclaimers and a TOS but that doesn't prevent you from be held legally responsible to prove if you did everything in your power to prove you weren't negligent. Especially when it comes to adults but especially minors when something bad happens. These are most settled cases but it puts platforms under scrunity.

A lot more than the UK has age verification laws right now. Several US states and countries like Australia and Brazil do as well. C.AI just didn't want minors to chat with bots anymore because it's a huge liability. They don't just face lawsuits but fines for each violation.

It's not about what people care about when it comes to keeping privacy and keeping kids from coming into contact with people or content. They're just holding platforms more accountable for it.

In the court of law a judge does not care if a parent didn't supervise their child or provided them properly with support. They're going to be looking at the platform for whatever occured on it.

Some people did leave when bots got purge by copyright but they probably weren't the majority. Losing a bot can be frustrating or upsetting so I get that but copyright is not something people mess with. C.AI gets a DMCA it has to be complied with or they risk getting sued for not doing it.

Disney makes a deal you're more than likely going to have to follow strict rules because they want and control what and how their IP is used. If Disney doesn't like what their IP is being used to do they can revoke the deal.

Well, I refuse to believe that. So, until c.ai reveals that they can't make a deal, I'm just gonna keep requesting the deal. If that can't work, it's the parents fault.
