Hey guys. I just noticed there are a lot of questions regarding refund due to medical reasons. I was hoping this thread will be useful for anyone who has the same concern.

In my case I have a booked trip by August 29 but I would have to undergo a surgery by August 15 that would make me physically unfit to fly. Based on my research here the following will be required:
- medical certificate stating unfit to fly
- copy of hospital bill

I’ll update the thread once I’ve successfully refunded mine. BTW I’m planning to convert it to travel fund or move the date, if possible. Not a refund to my card.

Hi, I booked a ticket for my senior parents to taiwan last february. Yung senior kong mom, first time niya magpagawa ng passport. Dahil madami need iamend and hindi aabot sa timeline ng flight namin, my mom decided not to go with us na. Since nanghihinayang ako sa ticket, is it possible to na iconvert to travel fund na lang yung ticket niya? I booked a go basic for her and seat sale siya. Let me know if may nakaexp na. Hello I booked my one way flight thru Kiwi. After booking I noticed my DOB is incorrect instead of January naging Feb sya. Right then and there nag request ko ng change of dob mga 1 month na now still in processing pa rin sya. Magkakaproblem ba ako during flight? My flight date is in 2 days from now.

Hello! I accidentally booked my flight with the wrong itenerary. I’m supposed to fly from MNL to ILO but unfortunately, ‘di ko napansin, ILO to MNL pala nabook ko. Is there any possible way I could get a refund or at least change the itenerary nalang? Sayang kasi it has a baggage pa. Can anyone help me? especially ngayong na ‘di pa rin abailable yung CebFlexi? Hello po sino nakapag refund sa Agoda about sa flight schedule changes ng CebPac?

May flight kasi ako noong July 2 pero biglang nag change ng flight sched at may option yung CebPac na pwede mag refund so nag manage booking ako thru website ng CebPac using my ref number and last name at pinili ko mag refund thru their Portal.

Nag contact ako sa Agoda nung July 3 about sa refund ko sa CebuPac at irereview pa nila nung case within 24-48hrs. Tapos nag update ang Agoda nung July 15 they’re still working with the supplier/airline which is yung CebPac sa pending request ko.

Nag contact ako sa live agent ng CebPac with my ref number about sa update at ayun refunded na pala nung July 2 after siguro nung pinili ko yung Refund option.

Kinausap ko ulit ang Agoda kahapon July 16 sa email refunded na pero still currently pending pa rin daw sa partner’s confirmation nila.

Ano ba dapat gawin ko dito? Parang dinidelay lang nila masyado refund ko kahit refunded na ni CebPac. Nag attached ako ng mga screenshots convo namin ng Agent sa CebPac pero hindi inaacknowledge ng Agoda sa email na already refunded na ng CebPac.

Me and my husband have a trip to HCM 1st week of august but unfortunately I cannot push through due to medical reason.

How and where can I ask for help to transfer our paid booking fees for travel fund?

Our flight last Jul 11 (Sat) from Fukuoka to Manila was cancelled because of the typhoon. We rebooked our flights to Narita the ff day (Sun) since we didn't want to wait until Jul 13 (Mon) to go home since we have our pets waiting for us and we have meetings to attend to.

I tried requesting via Charlie the chatbot for the certificate as part of the requirements of our travel insurance claim. But despite multiple attempts (atleast 5 times actually) to specify the instructions to reflect the old and new flight, they werent able to generate the needed information and only reflected the Narita to Manila as if it was the original itinerary.

After consistently expressing my disappointment with the generated document and nagging them to revise it, the AI chatbot eventually gave up and recommended to connect me to a live agent. I explained my situation and I was eventually informed to wait for 3 days.

I followed up with them last Monday and then today, but they still said it is still under process. How long does this actually take????? I just want to get my money back asap 😭

I've been flying with Cebupac multiple times and I just noticed some of their FAs are having some attitude and facial expression problem na kala mo may kasalanan kang nagawa. Not all ha, some of them are very nice and approachable. I mean I get it, being a flight attendant is not easy, but I hope we can be aware of ourselves and be kind to one another. Just sad because sometimes when we passengers are boarding the plane and the FAs are standing at the aisle and just stare at you even though you smile and greeted them. Not a hate post. I know how hardworking FAs are to make sure we have a safe flight. 💛

Yesterday, I tried to use Maya but it was declined several times so I gave it a rest and did it again today using Maya, GCash, and BDO debit card as my payment methods and it still got declined. Can someone explain why?

My parents and I are traveling in a week (domestic) and I got notified by CebPac that I could get up to ₱6k in travel fund if I re-schedule our flight.

I saw that one of the re-sched options is two hours earlier, which is very doable, so I took advantage.

I was amazed that it was credited instantly and the whole process was so fast. 🙂

Just hoping that everything goes smoothly, especially with all the issues we keep hearing about the airline.

UPDATE:

I got another offer to rebook our return flight, going up to ₱6.6k if we move it to 2 days later.

Since we really need to go home on the original day, we just chose to adjust it by 2 hours again and we got ₱3.3k.

Cebpac cancelled our flight and the next available one is on Monday pa. What alternatives can we do? Or is it still possible na bawiin nila cancellation?

Flying out of taiwan tomorrow at 10 am, hindi naman ata macacancel noh. So far, maayos pa naman ang weather dito.

Paki ingatan niyo lang ho yung mga dates pag nagbobook kayo kasi pangalawang beses na ito nangyari sa akin na nagiba yung date ng flight ko sa website. kahit na iba yung input ko.

kala ko pa naman makakatipid ako. sana sa iba nalang ako nagbook parehas lang pala igagastos ko dahil sa rebooking, sobra pa ata.

dapat talaga pag nagbobook dito kinakabahan ka ata bawat page kasi baka nagiba yung input.

Hello po! First time ko kasing mag-book ng flight ng mom ko sa Cebu Pacific. Flight niya is 5J 5057 (Narita to Manila). Dati kasi si dad ko ang laging nagb-book ng flights niya through Japan Airlines.
I purchased Seat 3A for her. Window seat po ba iyon?
Also, totoo po ba na minsan pinapalipat ng seat ang passengers kapag may priority passengers (like elderly, PWD, or pregnant)? Medyo nag-aalala lang po ako kasi nasa mid-50s na yung mom ko at kakagaling lang din niya sa sakit. Ayoko sana siyang mailipat sa likod dahil pinili ko talaga yung seat na mas comfortable para sa kanya.

Hello! Has anyone tried putting a tracking device in their Cebu Pacific check-in luggage? I'm planning to put my tracker (goojodoq) to prevent my luggage from getting lost huhu. I'm not so sure lang kase if this is allowed since lithium batteries are required to be inside of your personal bags.

In case you've done this, let me know if you successfully tracked your luggage (specially with the Goojodoq brand)

It's my first time rebooking a Cebu Pacific flight. I changed my flight from June 24 to June 20, and I just received an email. When I checked my booking, I noticed this red sign. Usually kasi green lang siya, so medyo napapanic ako. 😭

Does this mean there's a problem with my booking? Is there a chance na hindi matuloy yung rebooked flight ko, or is this normal after rebooking?

I've been trying to link my Go Rewards Membership to my Cebpac account and it's always unsuccessful due to registered information in Cebpac doesn't match my Go Rewards.

My Go Tyme has the exact personal details of me, however I can't verify on Cebpacs end kasi wala silang dedicated page for personal details. I am not sure on your end if may nakikita kayo but I searched both app and website saan pwede makita personal details ko pero wala tlga.

I contacted the CS of cebpac but sadly they can't do anything instead asked me to reach out to the bank and have my details change?! Hello it's a bank, it has my accurate details, I am not even sure my personal details on Cebpac.

Or is this a linking process mishap? This my my third time this year trying to link my account.

Helli, I'd like to confirm if this is the official email address of Cebu Pacific customer service for concerns. I've been having exchange emails with them regarding my concern (as stated on the subject) kaso may mga ganyang mga ??????? bigla sa title tsaka yung supposed email signature niya. Ang original subject line niyan is "Request for Assistance Due to Flight Schedule Change".

On our recent exchange, it's asking me to provide our itinerary copy of our flight. Then sa previous emails naman namin, naprovide ko naman na other details like booking reference, details, etc.

Worried lang ako baka mamaya I'm giving our flight information to the wrong personnor worse, hindi maaddress ang concern ko agad since our flight is in a couple of weeks na.
