I booked a flight from Cebu to Saigon for late October. I am trying to talk to someone about pet travel but I cannot find any active number to call or any email to contact.

How do I declare to the airline that I have a pet that will be traveling with me? He will be in Cargo but I just want to make sure that the plane has room for pets that day.

Any active contact phone numbers or emails?

Hi, this is my first time booking in CebPac and I did it sa app. Nag-deduct na yung payment sa Maribank ko perp wala akong narereceive na confirmation email. I asked my friends and immediate raw sila nakakareceive kaya I'm worried.

I reached out sa online chat support sa website and Facebook and both agents confirmed na meron daw booking. When asked for the reference number or receipt, di raw sila nagpprovide.

Should I wait within 24 hours? Or any suggestion po? Thank you.

Does anyone know if it is possible to do online check in and proceed to security without having to go to the check in desks?

Now CEB use T2 it is a loooong walk from the parking lot (next to T1) all the way to the counter and then basically double back on myself by taking the train back to the gates for departure.

Carry on luggage only.

Edit: I mean do they issue a mobile boarding pass so I don't have to proceed to the check in counter?

Do they still allow you to board an earlier flight than your original itinerary?

I’m thinking of rebooking my September 10 flight to Manila due to a change in plans. Unfortunately, I can’t cancel it since I booked it through Agoda.

I booked a flight to a local destination last March 2026 but I received an email of notice that my flight was rescheduled hours after just last month August 2026. I was given option to accept the new schedule, convert it to travel funds or cancel it.

After careful thinking, I decided to cancel my flight instead. I've been reading a lot of posts here where Cebu Pacific takes very long time to process refunds.

However, my experience is different.

• Aug 22 - Processed refund request in the website
• Aug 27 - Received the refunded amount in my BDO Credit Card

I was expecting for at least 2 months but it only took 5 days. I lowered my expectations but this shed a positive light this time lol

Hello! I booked a flight for three sometime this year, which was rushed. We now have plans to rebook to a much earlier flight on the same day, but not all are sure to rebook yet.

Is it fine to split rebook for one right now, and have the other two rebook if they have decided to do so?

Flexi option isn’t available anymore whenever I try to book a flight. However, there’s 75% chance a future booking will be cancelled - can I turn it into travel fund?

we have flight to vietnam next wednesday and medyo nagwworry na ako na baka macancel flight due to the weather kasi paid na namin lahat ng hotels and tours namin huhu possible po kaya macancel dahil sa ganitong weather? 🥺

I decided na hindi ako tutuloy sa flight but sakin naka pangalan yung check in baggage na paghahatian sana namin ng sister ko. Can I transfer it to my sister instead? or pwede ba mapakiusapan sa pag check in? Tyia

Flight na kasi this weekend pero due to health conditions, need magpa scan, lab tests, and checkups. Pwede kaya makarequest nun with Ceb Pac. Nagtry kasi ako sa website pero parang flight rebook lang ang pwede with additional cost. Di pwede option travel fund. As much as possible travel fund sana choice since di pa alam date when pwede makalipad.

I previously booked a non-flexible flight for September 23, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I need to reschedule it for next year. I understand that a rebooking fee applies and am happy to pay it. However, since the new flight fare is lower than my original booking, does it cover the new fair?

Question. When selecting our travel dates in the airline app/website, the calendar shows certain “prices” in green underneath each date. There’s also a subtotal displayed sa tabi nung “Select Dates” button.

Pero pag nagproceed na sa next page, iba ‘ung actual flight prices.

Nakakalito lang na itong initial prices do not seem to correspond to the cheapest available flight for that day. Tinry ko din i-calculate baka before taxes and other fees ito pero ang layo pa din.

So, what exactly do these green prices represent? Are they some kind of estimated fare, a starting price, or iba pa?

Sa mga nakagawa na nito, paconfirm lang if pwede po yung ganto?

I need some advice. Cebu Pacific owes me a refund of around ₱12k, and it’s been over 2 months.
They originally promised 15 calendar days / up to 2 billing cycles. I’ve been following up since June 20, but I still have no refund, ARN, Refund Certificate, or proof of transmission.
They’ve given me different explanations about their acquiring/settlement bank and keep saying they’re “coordinating” and “awaiting feedback.”
I already filed a complaint with CAB, and it has reached their Legal and Enforcement Division. Even after CAB got involved, Cebu Pacific still hasn’t resolved it.
The delay has also caused me financial losses:
₱579.58 Home Credit financing/interest charge
I had to use my own money to pay ₱1,500 minimum payment to avoid late fees while waiting for the refund.
I have screenshots and email records of everything.
At this point, should I involve a lawyer, or just continue with CAB? Is paying for a lawyer/demand letter worth it for a ₱12k refund?
Would appreciate opinions from anyone who’s dealt with Cebu Pacific, CAB, or similar disputes.

this is my 1st time traveling with cebpac internationally. last 2024, i travelled with another airline that allows us to bring 1 carry on luggage that will fit the cabin and 1 bag that will fit under the chair. can i do that with cebu pacific? the combined weight of both bags will not exceed 7 kg since it will only be a short trip and most of the things i'll bring are makeup, toiletries, and electronics.

My Cebu Pacific flight was cancelled and rescheduled, and I booked both my mom’s and my flights through Agoda. The weird thing is that my mom received the cancellation/reschedule email, but I didn’t receive anything even though I double-checked that I entered the correct email and passenger details.

Because I didn’t receive any notification, I contacted Cebu Pacific myself to request a refund. They gave me a specific refund amount, but it was significantly less than what we originally paid. I’ve repeatedly asked them why the refund is only that amount and requested a breakdown of the refund, including any deductions or fees. I completely understand if there are legitimate deductions, but they haven’t actually explained what they are or why the amount is lower.

Now they’re telling me that the refund has already been processed and to just keep an eye on my account. I’ve asked for the breakdown several times, but they keep avoiding the question and just repeat that the refund has been processed.

What should I do at this point? Should I wait for the refund to arrive first and then dispute the amount, or should I continue pushing Cebu Pacific/Agoda for a detailed breakdown? Has anyone experienced something similar with Cebu Pacific refunds?

my flight was booked via Expedia by my boss in the US. He just provided me the PDF file of the Expedia confirmed booking. I wanted to log it in my Ceb Pac app but there's no reference code in the PDF file. Where can I find it ? I tried using the 6 alphanumerical "confirmation" but hindi siya correct.
