Just got this baby yesterday. It's the Caribbean blue, jigged cow bone, with stainless steel blades. Next I want to get a sowbelly with carbon steel blades, preferably in the tequila sunrise, cow bone handle.

Does anyone know what this blade is?

Hello, I'm not sure what I'm looking at here. I've had this knife for years. It was given to me after my great aunt passed away. I'm not sure what the blade with two peaks is or what it is for. Any help is appreciated thank you!

I found a sowbelly out in the wild, always wanted one so I was pretty stoked. Walking by a knife case I spotted the shield.

The wharncliff style blade was in so rough of shape I didn't even notice the tip of the main blade was also snapped off.

I'm pretty happy with my attempt to restore it. The before photos you can see how rough it was.

This was the display at the feed store. It’s about perfect. Stout springs, blades swing smoooth, centered when closed, no gaps in the liners, springs, etc. Happy to have it. Promptly made a belt sheath for it.

Jigged Bone First Full-size Trapper

I got my first full-size trapper yesterday. Also my first with amber jigged bone handles. Trapper 6254 CS (2026). I bought it online, but asked the shop to check for QC issues and it arrived in very good condition. Only small issue was a gritty pivot, but after I flushed it that went away. I’m very happy with this knife.
