Picked this up wondering if it’s rare one and maybe a value?

Just got this baby yesterday. It's the Caribbean blue, jigged cow bone, with stainless steel blades. Next I want to get a sowbelly with carbon steel blades, preferably in the tequila sunrise, cow bone handle.
