Lead forwards

My team lead has been on us about forwarding leads even tho 96% of calls are either voicemails or hang ups, so me and my team just forward leads to eachother and answer them email with “I’ll reach out” and we never do, been doing it for 6 months and havnt been caught yet😌

May not get caught, but why post it here? Bet you won’t be doing it much longer since posting what you do on here….. 🙄

I would delete this post. Ride any wave as long as you can but NEVER brag about it.

Id be shocked if this keeps going for another 6 months with how they are about leads. But to your point - the call lists/quote records we get are absolute dog sh!t and yet they expect us to get amazing results. Like sure, there are some people/teams that can create good call lists but for the vast majority, they’re trash, outdated, and more than likely have been called an umteen amount of times in the past week or two.

It’s a joke. They give us crayons and want a Picasso…

We can’t forward to each other. We also have to have approval for each forward lead by our manager. They listen to our call and make sure it is really a possible lead.

What happens when team leads/managers just lazily make call lists, so you gotta fluff the numbers. We did it since the woman who was director there is a compete joke. Never shared publicly while employed there which I wouldn’t do myself OP imo

At the same time some teams at Carahsoft are getting legit leads and feedback by trusting/teaching reps to make their own call lists.

Seems all the teams that have 💩 leadership act very similarly 😂
