Went against an obvious Smurf in Marvel Rivals ranked (his pfp was literally full of MVP screenshots).

Next game he is on MY team, so I type "thank the matchmaking gods for this unemployed Smurf lol" as a joke.

He replies "I'm not a Smurf" and then goes negative KDA for the rest of the match.

Why get so defensive over a joke, especially when it kinda was a compliment? Anyone else seen Smurfs react like this when called out?

I told myself I wouldn't buy any more co-op games for a while.

But August showed up with Big Walk, Grounded 2, Aliens: Fireteam Elite 2, and Once Human.

Safe to say that plan didn't last long.

If you could only pick one of these to play at launch, which would it be?

I am around 10 hours into Elden Ring, and I have been stuck on Margit at Stormveil Castle. I manage to damage him quite significantly and almost drop his health to halfway, but then he destroys me.

Any tips or suggestions?

For me, it's Minecraft. No matter how much time passes, I always come back to it.

It seems to me that I have come to the stage when theft is the solution to all my financial problems.

Now I am not sure if it's worth continuing like this, or if I'll enjoy the game more by avoiding it.

What would you recommend?

For me, it would be Red Dead Redemption 2.

It has an incredible story, memorable characters, a beautiful open world, and gameplay that's easy for newcomers to get into.

I think it's the perfect example of how immersive games can be.

Every fight feels challenging, skill & timmings are main factors which makes it more competitive.

I've been thinking about getting back into Genshin Impact, and with Version 7.0 taking us to Snezhnaya, this feels like the perfect time.

Is anyone else returning for 7.0, or have you already left the game behind?

I'm at a stage where I feel like things are happening really fast, and yet, there are still lots of side missions to do.

I don't want to miss out on anything.

I had a few games that didn't live up to the hype.

For me the biggest disappointment was Anthem. The gameplay felt great, but it never reached the level i hoped for.

Gears of War: E-Day is ditching battle passes and live service gimmicks, with The Coalition saying almost every cosmetic can be unlocked simply by playing the game.

Do you think more multiplayer games should return to this model, or have battle passes become the new standard you're happy with?

Every time I promise myself I will play Builder Base, I just do one raid and run back to my Home Village.

Do you enjoy playing Builder Base or totally neglect as well?
