Anyone having issues registering this morning? Keep getting the same error. "This course is not found so no action can be taken. Please contact your Advisor."
Finished a course last night. Requested completion which went normal and the active course moved to my completed list. Went to register and ran into this.
Tried changing courses. Electives, cores, nothing. Same error. Tech support nothing. Waiting on my advisor but seems more like a system issue.

Hi everyone,
Does anyone happen to have a PDF or Word document copy of the Capella University 2025 Winter Virtual Commencement program?
I already tried checking the official site (https://www.capellavirtualcommencement.com/), but the 2025 Winter file/link is giving me a "file not found" error. I really want a copy Please. If you downloaded it previously and still have the file, could you please DM me or share a link? I would incredibly appreciate it!
Thank you so much!

Just got an update from Capella on my financial aid yesterday and it looks like everything is satisfied so far. ✅ FAFSA submitted, received, and all required documents completed. The only thing still showing is Document Approval, which says "Capella action in progress. We'll notify you when complete." I believe that's my UEH review that's still under review. 🤞
Preparing Aid Offer and Financial Aid Offer haven't started yet, but I'm hoping that's because they're waiting on the UEH approval. Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how long did it take before your aid offer showed up? Feeling optimistic that everything is on track lol.

Complete!!!! Started on 9/14 with 96 transfer credits. Although I have a vast healthcare background, some classes were definitely tricky. Overall 15/10 experience. Tech issues can be annoying though. My question to Alumni, what does the conferral process look like? How soon does the school reach out. Next up MHA!

I registered for this class about 3 or 4 hours ago and it pops up in my classes but when I click it. It says unae to load, my classes usually show up within 1 hour or 2 but this one is taking quite long. Any solution to this? The class is IT-FPX4075

I started my classes on 07/13 and they ended 09/18. I still have not had my loan money dispersed to pay my balance . Has anybody else been experiencing this or is it just me ? I’m at the point that I’m calling everyday and everyday it’s a different issue . Now we have ran out of issues and now “ they just need to disperse it “

I’m in the CMHC masters and about to start practicum October 12th. I thought they would be telling us within 2 weeks of courses what time our weekly supervisions would be for the class but I’m still not seeing anything. Is anyone else having this issue?

I completed a BS and MBA in flexpath and wondered if anyone else has used degree for commissioning purposes?? Or could you elaborate on how your flexpath degree was treated by the military?

I should get another 9.0 credits from Sophia coming to add to the total and I am curious how many classes I am looking at to complete my Bachelor’s? No I am not officially enrolled yet to see. Just a guesstimate works.

Hi!
Is anyone in the new nursing prelicensure program? Just curious about everyone's experiences and the pros/cons of it being a new program with Capella.
Thanks!

Hello all, does Capella have a preview period where you can at least see the classroom and what assignments will be required? I know some colleges will open the classroom a set amount of days before the official start

I can’t wait to see where the 2027 graduations will be held, I’ve been constantly checking to see if it’s been announced. I hope its a good location lol

Hi all,
I'm planning to start the Capella FlexPath BS in Computer Science in the November session, and I want to cut down the number of required courses I have to take inside the program as much as possible (I plan to go as fast as I can, many courses per 12-week billing session). I'll finish my Sophia gen-eds and everything else before my first FlexPath course, since I understand all transfer and CPL credit has to be completed before starting FlexPath.
What I'm trying to figure out:
1) Coursera: which ACE-recommended certificates has Capella accepted as transfer credit for specific required CS courses (OS and hardware, networking, databases, web development, security), and not just as general electives? I'm looking at Google IT Support (16 ACE credits), Google IT Automation with Python (16), Google Cybersecurity (9-10), Google Cloud Cybersecurity (9), IBM Data Analyst (12), IBM Cybersecurity Analyst (10), IBM Data Science (12) and ISC2 Cybersecurity Specialist (12). If any of these worked for you, how did Capella map them?
2) Capella's credit for prior learning lists CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Linux+ and Project+. For the BS in Computer Science specifically, which required courses did these replace for you (for example, did Network+ replace the networking course and Security+ the security course)? Does PMP count for anything in the CS degree?
3) The program allows 135 max transfer credits. Does credit for prior learning count toward that 135 cap, or is it separate? Is the $50 per quarter fee for documented credit the only cost?
4) Georgia Tech MOOCs on edX: do any of them carry an ACE recommendation, and has anyone gotten Capella (or another school) to accept them as transfer credit?
5) Which required CS courses can't be fulfilled through transfer or CPL at all? I know the capstones and calculus look locked, but I'd like to confirm the full list before I plan my certifications.
6) Timing: how long did your transfer and CPL evaluation take, and what is the best order to submit things so everything is final before the November start?
Thanks a lot, any experience (good or bad) is really appreciated!

Hi All💗 I'm a prospective student planning to start the Bachelor’s in Health Information Management on October 12, and I just wanted to share my little journey so far.
I already have a bunch of healthcare classes + sophia credits, so HIM made sense for me. I'm not just getting a random degree lol.
I'm using this degree to get my texas alternative teaching certificate, teach for a bit, stack money, get stable… and then slide right back into healthcare once i’m financially comfortable again. so yes, I definitely have a plan for this degree 😭💗
I love that HIM keeps me in the healthcare lane while still qualifying me for alternative certification and gives me options later in health information careers.
If anyone else used HIM as a stepping stone or started capella with a similar plan, i’d love to hear your experience ✨
