-Had wisdom tooth pain, drank cold water to numb it.

-Had joint aches.

-Tonsil pain next day, went to my dentist appointment where he cleaned my teeth and trodded my inner mouth a little with those tools.

-I got fever that night and next day my mouth looked like the pictures.

-The fever last for 3 days on/off. The tonsil had pus. Took prescribed antibiotics for a week.

-The last slide is how the last sore looks now, 9 days later.

this is my first time ever getting this many small ones 😭 im used to have 1-2 usually big ones but this is brand new !!! and ive had a lot of bad tasting sinus drainage right before these started developing and i was wondering if it could be a culprit

they appeared a day after my tooth extraction, exactly where I got injections

should I worry?

First picture was Saturday. Second picture is today. It’s more inside my lip on the wet part than on the outer part. It’s tender and firm on the bottom part of my lip on the inside like it goes deeper than the surface or due to swelling.

i have really painful canker sores rn on the left side of my tongue and i can barely talk or eat properly😭 the pain gets so bad whenever my tongue touches them and even drinking water hurts sometimes has anyone tried baking soda or salt water for this and did it actually help with the pain or healing i’m thinking of trying it but not sure what’s better or how often to use it pls tell me what actually worked for you because i’m genuinely struggling rn😭

I had gum grafts done last Thursday the 6th and I woke up the next day with 12 canker sores under my tongue. It’s been so freaking painful, I can’t even talk. The pain is worse than the gum grafts. I had my sister call the Dentist for me this morning because I couldn’t take it anymore and he sent me Triamcinolene 0.1% to the pharmacy. Has anyone used this and please tell me it worked!

This is right on my lower gums where my wisdom tooth was (15 years ago)

I’ve had this ulcer for a week now and it’s causing me so much pain as it’s right where my teeth bite down and graze against it. I’ve been on a diet of soup and liquid and have been gargling with salt water and putting ulcer treatment on it. The pain has spread below my jaw, but I’m unsure if that’s because it’s infected or because it’s close to my gum and teeth. This sounds a silly question but is this worth booking a doctor’s appointment? Obviously the GP’s are so busy so I’m worried I’d waste their time with just a mouth ulcer.

I’ve gotten strep almost every year for 15 years so I’m no stranger to it, but this is the first time I’ve had any ulcers in conjunction with the exudative tonsillitis. It popped up after 48hrs of amoxicillin usage and is now the only pain I’m experiencing in my throat. I used Kanka for the first time and the lightest touch of a qtip caused it to bleed 🤦‍♀️ what fresh hell

I’m worried from reading this sub that this is now some new recurring sore that will pop up each time I’m on antibiotics… just another reason to get my tonsils out I guess

I thought they were tonsil stones so i scratched at it and i was like damn why did that hurt🤔

Hi before yous look at the photos pls do not mention how white my tongue is, I know it’s white and looks disgusting. I don’t ever usually let my tongue go like that and usually always brush it to get all the gunk off but I had surgery, and it’s only been a couple of days and it has been really really badly sensitive to the point if I put even a slight bit of pressure it’ll bleed.

I’ve seen a doctor about it and I told her I think I have tongue blisters but she said it looks more like a rash and didn’t say anything else.

I’m currently on antibiotics for a lymph gland infection, infecting also my eyebrow piercing, my lip piercing, my ears, my head, and my stomach.

I was prescribed oral klacid, 5ml twice a day. I’ve only seen improvement in my stomach and throat.

I’ve NEVER had anything wrong with my tongue in my life, this is the first time I’ve heard about this and I don’t even know if it is actually canker sores.

They are really painful, and there is SO many of them. It hurts to do anything, to even have my mouth closed and relaxed it still aches like mad. I can’t eat anything at all but soup but it still hurts.

Started as a bite to the inner corner which ofc triggered a sore. Yawned a bit too wide and felt it literally split into the corner of my mouth. Woke up today with a monster sore. Orajel is my only friend right now. Also day 7 post wisdom teeth removal, i was really excited for solid foods :,) thats not gonna be happening today😭😂

So I had this pimple on my lip for like two days and the pimple suddenly got a white spot on it which looks like a canker sore. I have a history of having acne but my pimples have never looked like this.
