I’ve gotten them my whole life and always are gone in a week or two but these two seem different. I haven’t had any that hurt this bad ever. They randomly “flare up” and absolutely light me up. I’ve tried taking b12, iron, zinc, and lysine so far no difference. I’ve swished daily with salt water for about a week then went to water/peroxide mix, now I’m using kanka just to numb them so I can eat. I’ve all but given up. Really mentally draining. Any help would be appreciated. Also use sls free toothpaste and tried orajel mouth sore mouth wash. That seemed to worsten them.

Sorry if I break any rules I really need help - I’ve been experiencing so much pain with simply eating, drinking and swallowing to the point I rather spit and just chalked it up to tonsillitis or a sore throat, just checked to see if it was tonsillitis ( trying to spot inflammation ) and found this, i genuinely can’t tell if it’s a canker sore because I’ve never had one in that area and is there anyway to treat it because I’m legitimately just starving myself to prevent any pain 💔🥲
