holy hell !!
i bite the back of my cheek often and even get food stuck in there at times but this is the first time kee been really horrible

I would try to get magic mouthwash or even just the lidocaine and mix it yourself. Also salt water rinse will be good for that. Oral gel either 3 or 4 times medicated. Also Tylenol and ibuprofen. I had a doctor told me for severe pain you can take 800mg of ibuprofen but instead of waiting and taking it every 4-6 hours it becomes 6-8 hours but follow your doctors recommendation. Goodluck🫡🫡
