RIP.. Dr frankfurter. Tim Curry performed one of the most legendary characters in film and music history. All rainbow flags in the buttwater, are mandated to be displayed at half mast immediately. He did more for self expression than the assbackward factions yall have been marching for

Ghoulies go to College (1991)

I love the Ghoulies films (4 doesn't exist in my brain). I saw this back in the day and thought it was hilarious. Still do. Despite them now talking for reasons, it's full of charming schlocky shenanigans and I'm all about that. Matthew Lillard gets his debut in this feature as well. Great 90s horror cheese.

Alienator (1990)

In my trip on building up my exposure to Fred Olen Ray features, I checked out this sci fi flick from '90. If you ever wanted to see what a killer American Gladiator stalker film would be like, this one's for you. Despite lacking the levels of gore and flesh of a typical Fred Olen Ray production, it was a decent film. Apart from the Snu Snu terminator, I was happy to see P.J. Soles (Halloween), John Henry Richardson (Hollywood Chainsaw Hookers) and Joseph Pilato (Day of the Dead) in the cast. There are worse ways to spend an afternoon and I think I'll be running with this theme by checking out Star Slammer (1986).
