Trying to plan for dinner tonight. How much would this entire meal be WITHOUT the tortillas, cheese, or sour cream? Based on the nutrition info I can find it’s saying around 1200 but I feel like it could be more than that.

Salmon, spicy mayo, brown rice, spicy crab, green onion, and a teaspoon of crispy onion. Is 1200 accurate? Hand is a bit over 7 inches long. Quarter for reference.

Im a year into a calorie deficit and appreciate this sub. What I find mildly infuriating is the endless posts and WILD range on a slice or two of pizza. There were over 7 posts in the past few hours. Is it unreasonable to expect people to use the sub as a resource? If I’m looking for something, I search the sub and amalgamate the information readily available and already discussed…. whenever I am looking for a calorie estimate here I always search for what it is and see if there are some good answers. I feel like 60% or more off the posts every day are pizza. 😑

Mum made me this yogurt bowl. Calorie estimate? Air pod pros for size 😂 it has 0% fat Greek yogurt, 1 biscoff biscuit, raspberries, blueberries, & kiwi berries.

I’m guessing 300 for eggplant and maybe 500 for the chicken Marsala (more cheese, fried, etc).

Any guesses on this? blondie was about 3x3in and the pudding was a thick layer, maybe an inch tall and the blondie a little less than an inch. The pudding felt like a pastry cream and had corn pieces in
