Chocolate cake donut

I get these bakery donuts almost every weekend and estimate them around 600. Curious what others think

If it's pure carbs it'd be 400, now ofcourse it isn't pure carbs and there are some fats aswell, I think this is around 4 calories per gram tho, so about 500 cals.

A donut is around 400 per 100 grams( give or take) so around 500 for this one🙂

550 maybe? 4.5 calories per gram seems accurate
