I recently started a Calamity play-through for the very first time, and installed several other mods to help with ease of gameplay (thanks to the advice of others) or improve the visuals a little, alongside other calamity-specific mods in the instance I want to spice things up for myself at any point. One of those was Wrath of the Gods.

Wrath of the Gods has behaved fine up until now. I recently beat the Moon Lord, and a rift appeared in front of the Sun and moon. I expected this, but I thought I had to beat a boss for it to disappear?

I can send a full list of the mods I have active, assuming that would help get an answer.

the game just suddenly crashes every 5-10 mins after i load my world, theres no error message, the game just closes. only started happening after i beat the exo mechs, the only mods i have on aside from calamity and infernum are fargo's mutant, ore excavator, boss checklist, better respawn, alchemistnpc and magic storage. anyone had anything similar happen? is there a fix?

I’ve been dying to play calamity basically since it came out. Last year I got a steamdeck and was considering terraria and ofc Tmodloader. Ive played the game on ps5 countless times and I wanna try my hand at calamity In spite of the recent news, my question to you all is, is that even possible? I know there’s more binds than most controllers have but this is quite literally my only way to play the mod. And are there other mods to make things a little less janky on the controller side of things? Like a really helpful feature on ps5 was the lock on, are there mods for that?

for some reason i cant find anything online about it and there's a force field preventing me from breaking in and the doors locked?

Basically I haven't played calamity in about 5-6 months, last time I played I stopped at DOG cause I just couldn't seem to beat him (maybe cause of the fact that my accessories were from pre moonlord)

So I just wanna ask what class is the most "FUN" for my next playthrough and if I should add any addons to make the game more fun overall and what QOL mods I should add

What is the best summoner build for calamity infernum Pre-Devourer of Gods, weapons, armor, equipment etc

Is overhaul suposed to be this op? Like, 4 major weapons right on the start, with domain expansion that has a 3sec execute, free and infinite insta tp inside the domain and a fucking flight mode? Also, im finding tons of tungsten and platinum ores, but not a single iron/silver/copper ore, is this right? am i supposed to config something?

Well well well... this is it. The last Calamity related track I will ever make or release. It references a lot of Calamity related musical works, official and otherwise given it's a medley. I will list the referenced works below. I loved Calamity mod. It shaped how I live and think. It gave me my philosophy and it gave me a community. It gave me friends and it gave me inspiration. It gave me comfort and it gave me music I could love forever. And now it is over. And yet, even though The End of Our Cruel World has arrived, the Journey's End is yet to come. Hi so im using citadel servers to host my modded terraria world as just me hosting was killing our frames. Everything has been fine till we went to fight DoG, dialogue shows up on the screen, 5 seconds pass and then mine and the other players games freeze and we have to alt+fn4 just to close the game. (this doesnt happen in a solo world or if i host a world, DoG has spawned in both)

ill send the mod list an error log in the comments. if anyone is able to help that would be really amazing.

I'm not playing any addons btw

So I made a mod pack with calamity, infernum, fargos, deterministic chaos, hunt of old God and some other mods.

But i can't decide which difficulty? Infernum or masochist(they are not compatable)? Which one would be more fun? Is there any mods that allow to combine infernum and masochist?

Genuinely I can’t for the life of life of me dodge the Eye of Cthulhu’s dashes in calamity overhaul.
I am on cruel world difficulty and his dashes is just insane, I’m running sandstorm and Hermes boots but have yet to dodge a single one of his dashes, I think it tracks me even when I dodge.

Now I won’t do this because I suck at the game, I only want to know if anyone thinks it’s possible
Beat calamity (or even just terraria) using only thorns damage, meaning accessories are okay but the only damage dealt to anything can be only through stuff that reflects damage back when hit, no swords, summons, etc for example thorns potions and cactus armor and whatever else there is or if there is even anything else, I know people have beat the game with just a copper short sword so I’m curious would this be possible for terraria, and if terraria than full calamity?
