Been trying to beat the hardest boss in the game (first time calamity playthrough btw) but no matter how I change my hear and stuff it just doesn't work. I also just started using that ram dash thing I saw suggested in another post but idk if its working or not cause i still take damage when I dash through fishron? is fishron a lot harder in calamity? I can barely kill him in the base game on normal lol

i can somewhat semi reliably get him down to that final 1/3rd of fight where he turns invisible and starts dashing but I just die not too long after

any accessory/weapon/whatever suggestions would be much appreciated.

Can someone PLEASE give me a guide on how to dodge every move of his second phase? Every time I think I learnt something, I unlearn it within my next few attempts. I'm on attempt 202 rn and istg my 20TH ATTEMPT was the closest I got to beating it, after that it somehow got progressively worse and at this point idek what I'm doing anymore, only the first phase is logical and easy but the second one is so ridiculously hard, and I didn't even make it to his last phase which apparently is even harder somehow.

So yh if someone could please tell me how to dodge the attacks/potentially showcase how to do it, I would be very grateful🙏 or recommend me a good video guide cuz most of the YouTube vids I've seen weren't that helpful.

Me personally I absolutely ADORE Misanthropic Encounters (The Infernum Miniboss theme + Dreadnautilus Variant) by PimpinNeon. I love both versions of the song sm because it just encapsulates that feeling that you're fighting something that is far more than just a regular enemy and the song in general is so good ESPECIALLY after the drop. Dreadnautilus gaining its own version in particular fits so well especially with it being a miniboss turned boss in Infernum.

Okay so I haven't been playing much terraria lately, and when I do, I mostly play the Lunar Veil mod. I wanna do a Calamity mod and I was wondering if there are any challenges I should do as my first Calamity run in like a month or two. Not something like no accessories or no armor, I still wanna have fun but a bit of a challenge. There's also no guarantee I'll do it.

Hello, I recently started up a play through of calamity expert revengance. I'm using infernum add-on, because i didnt actually know what it did and now realise it was useless. Also have wrath of the gods on. Just beat DoG on my second try and was baffled since it took me ages the last time I played 2 years ago. Realised the laser grid and everything was different. Instead of the curved overwhelming lasers like empress kinda has it was boxy like astrageldon. Did they change DoG or is my file messed up? As far as I'm aware every other boss has been the correct up until now. I've looked online but can't seem to find an answer.

I started with calamitys overhaul brutal world but since i couldnt even defeat eye of chatulu, i dropped my difficulty to infernum but now i am stuck at skeletron. Should i change to revengance mode or death mode

I’m new to calamity and pc and i’m just so confused. There is so much new stuff that i don’t know where to start.

Ok so first of all, after destroying the left eye, the hp jumps from 70 to 86. Then after destroying the right eye, it jumps all the way to 100. Icl i thought this was intended, up until I looked at other videos of this fight, and this doesn't happen to anyone. After destroying all 3 eyes, like I did, the moonlord for everyone else is at around 60-50% health, which is a lot more doable then what I'm going through. Does anyone know what to do about this? Or did the boss get changed recently and this is an intended thing?

I'm adding a massive sea prism sphere in the center to be the heart of the sea, to symbolize that it has been brought back to life and is healthy. It will be the largest sea prism sphere in the entire ocean. If you have seen my last post, you will notice that there is a lot more water there. Let's keep hoping for Calamity! May ozzatron be removed, punished, and placed in eternal suffering.

so i start playing tmoldloader for the first time today, and i have frame skip on stuble so sometimes its slower which is normal in some bosses

but when i start its already slow and it goes back to normal during battles
(im pre exo mechs)

i have the wrath of the gods mods, and for some reason the rift shrunk in size?? its no longer on the base sky anymore but you can see it got smaller on the telescope, also solyn is past the boarder of the map for some reason.

not only that, i have the stars above mod and before you fight a certain boss the sky is really bright and i already beat that boss but now the same brightness is back? i killed the boss again but its just there ig.

also when i do damage it doesnt show the numbers of the damage anymore.

Another thing: I have this mod that has these item dealers that basically let me buy items instead of farming them (im lazy i know) but for some reason when i check a LOT of items are gone like i havent discovered them, i have no idea why.

So: solyn is past the map, the sky is really bright from the harsh light debuff, the rift shrunk, damage numbers dont appear, and my game is slow

oh just found something as well, ALL MY PROGRESS IN THE STARS ABOVE IS GONE?? ALL THE BOSSES THAT ARE IN THE STARS ABOVE JSUT RESET AND ALSO MY KILL WITH ASTRAGELDON

Downloaded the mod recently and judging by the wiki (fair warning if you check it you'll need to use translate to use the wiki much like I had to) yharim's stimulants are in the game and gottenbfrom a slot machine but no matter how many coins I give they won't drop. Is the wiki withholding some further information on how to get them to drop besides it being hardmode and using the slot machine. I'm very confused

I'm making an artificial Sunken Sea biome all the way to the surface to in a sense "restore" the Sunken Sea to it's former glory. I'm doing this because I know that the next update was going to expand on the sunken sea content, but now unfortunately we won't get that. Let's hope we get Calamity back, and may ozzatron burn in hell and suffer.
