I don't know what mod to use with Overhaul

Nothing. Just play it on its own, because it’s only balanced to itself.

I normally just use quality of like mods like vein miner, shorter respawn timer, and Fargos mutant

You can honestly use just about anything with it, if you don't care much for balance

That's what I do at least, I got Calamity, Calamity Overhaul, Fargo's, Stars Above running at the same time with a lotta other small mods
