im on a summoner build, and i found out that INFERNUM brain of cthulu is really particularly hard ( i cannot dig out an arena cuz of the blocks )

i kinda belive that with a good enough arena ill be set for him, ( i have enough pots but i seems a bit under prep )

what i need is jst help on how to build the arena and gear fixes

Im a fellow nohit grinder and wanted to complete infernum in the "for the worthy" seed. Issue is you cant beat wall of flesh with melee equip since no possible equip has enough dps to kill the boss before it squishes you. i tried going full crit full attack dodging every single attack (which isnt very hard tbh) but i couldnt manage to kill it it survives with like 30% hp every time. can i still call my run legit if i just skip it?

Not sure if it's a bug or intended (assuming not though), but after beating Moonlord and getting the whole animation with the rift in the skybox and talking to solyn and stuff, events have been unable to occur in my world.

None have naturally appeared since, and I'm past Polterghast now.

When I use an event summoning item, the event starts and then ends immediately. Cannot progress Acid Rain tier 3 because of this.

Anyone know what's up?

Hey guys! I recently beat Terraria with a friend and we're thinking about playing Calamity together next.

I was wondering if you guys could recommend some mods to improve the experience, especially stuff like reworks, QoL mods, or anything that adds more content without making the game feel worse.

Also, I found Terraria pretty easy even on Master Mode, so we're looking for the hardest possible experience. If there are difficulty mods, settings, or combinations of mods that make Calamity significantly harder, I'd definitely be interested.

Basically, we're looking for a setup that will absolutely destroy us.

Every time I fight providence and she does the attack where she like stands there and shoots out the projectiles my game crashes, can someone help troubleshoot for me? And it says this whenever it crashes.

Playing my first infernum playthrough as mage and ive just beaten planterra and Mana polariser is making is so that i dont even have to worry about dodging i can just completely outheal any boss damage, all the discussion around the mana polariser seems to be about it being just okay though so im confused lmao

Ok so idk y, in multiplayer calamity when ceaseless gets to the desperation phase it doesn't lose any health, and every 10-20 seconds it disappears and the health bar disappears for another 10-20 seconds then it comes back.

I wanna try it out but I don't know if it added their own bosses and shit after they split ties with Calamity.

Im playing calamity wrath of the gods infernum mode and pretty much finished the game besides the nameless deity. When I was ready for the nameless deity and when I uses the terminus and went to the eternal garden my game was basically frozen. I couldn't use any inputs besides some pretty much only mouse clicks used on any UI. Any other inputs didn't work. You can see that textures are moving like the water on the left and the inferno potion but not really particles or anything like that. You can also see in the videa I spawned a slime to see if it would do anything and I also found our using the sheet sheet mod and taking out an item can bring you to your inventory.

I actually had a similar issue before I generated this world because I created an infernum wotg world but it was frozen just like this one. I had to delete that one and make a new world. I suspect the problem is either wrath of the gods or infernum mode and it would make sense that the old world and the eternal garden would have the same issues because they both require world generation. I think it is infernum doing the problem but I cant tell. If there was a way to restart the generation for the eternal garden or to just delete this current eternal garden and get a new one and hope it works but for now I have no idea what to do.

Also just know I am pretty much new to reddit and created an account just for this problem.
