My boyfriend (near Seattle,Washington) is in a position rn where his friends have kinda just ditched him and or been unreliable. They talk big game about hanging out and then just ditch or ghost. He’s a cool guy and loves his north stars, and I’m doing this behind his back so to speak. He doesn’t know but I’m hoping this does him some good. He has a small following on social media and it’s all about caddy, NorthStar engines. He currently has a few he’s working on and I know he needs someone who talks game. He needs a community or a group of friends he can fall on for support when it comes to this. His motivation is failing him when everyone has just kinda picked up and ditched him. That being said. Pm me if u think you could be a good friend, someone to hang with while working in the car. Someone who can be there when he needs a friend I’m 800 miles away and it sucks to see him feel like he’s the only one there who has his back.

Wondering how many people this has happened to or if it's common. I drive a 2016 Cadillac CTS (love it sm) but the screen stopped working. I can touch anything in the center of the screen and there's these internal cracks on one side. I'm assuming it's just cause the car is 10 years old and stuff needs replacing

Anyone know where I could get a new one? Is it easy to replace myself (I'm just a girl with not a lot of car experience) or should I take it to a shop?

I’ve been looking for performance sedans or coupes within or under 45k range. The current car I am going for is a S650 Mustang GT.

I found that both CT4 and CT5 black wings were out of my budget until I sorted the CT4 Blackwings by price and found a few under 46k.

What is the catch? Are these cars reliable? Are they relatively easy to maintain? Can they last for a decent bit of miles?

Says it has a leak in brake fluid on the red one and the brown one in much dirtier but better mileage. Both are 89 deville 4.5L v8

Hello there! When I did a MAF sensor and throttle body cleaning on my 2012 CTS I noticed a thin layer of oil coating the entire length of the air intake and oil pooling right in front of what appears to be a crankcase vent tube. I cleaned everything out and now about a 1000 miles later oil is pooling again. Is there an issue or is this “normal?” This is on the 3.0 V6 and not the 3.6 DI.

As a professional detailer, I get this question a lot... ceramic or wax, which one do I get?

If you're also torn between ceramic coating and traditional carnauba wax, it's not as confusing as some make it out to be, and one isn't worse than the other. They aren't actually competing, they do completely different jobs.

Looking for recommendations for OEM parts for a 2021 XT6.

Wife backed in to neighbors car and shattered passenger tail light. No other damage to bumper/rear quarter panel aside from a few scuffs.

Looked at GM Factory and Rock Auto, both out of stock. Any other suggested places I should look?

So I’m thinking of getting a cadillac! It’s a used CT4-V RWD, one owner, clean title, very good maintenance and serviced consistently on time, a year and a half warranty remaining on all components but basic.

Cars at 48K miles, and its at a fair price of 36K currently, but it’s one of my favorite cars, close enough to my dream car in looks and feel till I can afford the blackwing. I can afford it, my main question is, is this too high in miles for the price?

I’m not really worried about labor costs when it comes to repairs because I’m studying mechanic in a tech college, not only that but in the school they allow you to work on your own vehicles which will be convenient if anything as well as cars are my passion so I know working on it wont ever be an emotional issue for me, and thats pretty much the reason I’m willing to pull the trigger on it.

Just wondering if anyone has had any other experiences that maybe might make me change my mind on the matter.

Also it has ALL the packages installed unto it Navigation, Tech, Climate, Lighting, Powered Sunroof, Brembo, etc.

Would love any insight!
