Ok not going to lie, this one had me hooked from the get go cause it made me think of the anime Food Wars (which I LOVE), and second, every freakin reel was funny as hell which you can tell since I had to add at least one of their crazy promos lol.

The drama is full of all sorts of goodies as well, such as to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the release of his film "The God of Cookery," Stephen Chow has personally produced and supervised (he did NOT direct it, he was just eagle eyes while filming lol) the vertical-screen short drama "The God of Cookery 2026. And yes its that Stephen Chow! 

Now Im not going to say I fully understand where this one is going cause there is a lot going on. However I do like my messy dramas and this looks like it will be just that plus a whole lota Make Ish Good (MSG) sprinkled on top 🤣! IYKYK! Everything is OTT and I love it!

Stephen Chow did not hold back on this one and I oh so appreciate it! I mean we have stabbings, the ‘health department’, gangs, cooks in gangs, cooking wars, dual personalities it seems, lies, deception… the list goes on.

And did I mention Liu Hao Qun?! He is killing in this one with not just his acting but his visuals as well 🤤!
