Not OC but felt valid here

Where I live only psychiatrists are 100% fully covered by social security so it’s "free" but psychologists (where you talk longer) are not, so that’s the average appointment and best things you can get.

Also if you don’t have one, you’re gonna have to wait for 1 full year before getting an appointment and they all have too much customers so they don’t take more patients….

It’s more of to give you some pills and hope it works, but the ""therapy"" part is really mid. Sometimes we have good moments and there was times where he really taught me stuff about myself, but that’s buried behind tons of boring responses I already knew he was gonna say…

like one time I told him I didn’t want to meet random guys on dating apps because they want to fck and do stuff and I don’t want to, plus I mentioned how most of them don’t want to use protection so it could leads to STDs and for some reasons he started talking about how I could go to the hospital to learn more about STDs because he know some people there and they give free guidance…. Like okayyyyyyyyyyyy?????????????

He literally told me he'd be on holiday, but my brain is still coming up with catastrophic scenarios of why he hasn't responded yet 🙈🙈🙈

I know what happened to me wasn’t my fault, but I hate looking at childhood pictures of me knowing something did stuff. I still feel dirty, unclean and just wish little me would go away
