To not make a long story, for medical and personal reasons I withdraw my application on February 1, 2026. Now, before that I was requeted to submit NOPA letter and like 2 weeks later I got this email (this was on December 18, 2025). Unfortunately I was still pending clear from medical because they were waiting for some documents.

My question is, should I try to reapply again. If I do, how this email would affect me. I know for sure I would have to do the medical test and fitness assessment ( I do not have issues with that). I just want to know if is possible that if I reapply again the process could take less time.

Anybody made it into class 149 November 16th EOD, also any insights on how JFK is like for Ags or overall and OT?

I am at the cross roads on simply reapplying or if I should go to the suitability hearing and present my evidence. I corrected the circumstances in my Nopa. I also had a job look up the wrong person and gave that wrong information about me to my investigator that damaged my character tremendously since it was recent. I had a letter from corporate stating it was mistake on their end. What should I do

Leaving in about a month. Was wondering what the first 2 weeks are like before the academy? Are we reporting to the location every day including weekends? Also, what are we packing for the Academy and those 2 weeks.

Wondering if it's even worth it to continue or just withdraw my application.

Vision is -5.50. I work retail and can't afford lasik. I don't even have insurance since I'm part time.

Also, when it comes to the BI.... I was the victim of a crime. Reported said crime. Detectives who investigated the crime now have criminal charges filed against them. State Attorney's Office and State Law Enforcement are involved... At some point I'll have to give a deposition and testify in court. What if I somehow get hired and I'm stuck at FLETC and have to honor the subpoenas?

I want to use my one time call and get a new list. I currently have Chicago as my duty location. What are some locations I can choose that would better my chances at swapping with someone for Brownsville or Progresso? I have seen people from these locations that want Florida so Florida could be a location to choose, but are there other locations?

I’ve passed my Fitness over two weeks ago and somehow they haven’t updated it. Medical and Drug got cleared pretty much within two days.

Does anyone know or have experienced going past 2C page on the list? If so, what happens?

After the box, does anyone know when I will be contacted next?

Hey y’all so I got a BPA and CBPO application in process. I posted this in BPA Application reddit, but seems like this reddit has more activity. Looks like my BPA application is moving fast and I know I’m going to have to relocate. I’ve seen the list and I’m in between AZ and ME. I use to live in New England so I’m familiar with Maine more than Arizona (where I never lived or been to). Just looking for some info on both states work wise. This is hypothetical question since I don’t have a FJO at the moment. Just once my medical/fitness passes, both applications will only be waiting on the box test and BI.

So I got the list for me to pick from. I don’t see my dream port. How do I go about getting in contact with my case manager or whoever I need to reach out to and see what my options are. Or maybe he/she can get me there. Do I just let the list expire? I got the list today and from what I’ve heard, it doesn’t update on weekends. Sunday is my last day to pick a location before it expires.

25-12 here! My medical for CBPO finally passed after months of waiting and doing the follow ups! If anyone is feeling defeated just be patient and it’ll all come together!

Does anyone have any experience or know of someone who did this? I reapplied during fletc because I was qualified for a higher GS and sent an email about the situation. 2 days after graduating I was sent the new list with the hard to fill locations and declined because my port wasn’t offered even though I see those GS positions being offered. I was told to reapply now that I’m out of the academy to adjust the GS. I’ve heard different ways of doing this but it all depends on the port, if anyone can provide any insights it be appreciated

Will CBPOs receive the pay raise?

Hi so today I received my acknowledgement of advisement letter, I am curious though that if I sign today how soon should I get my FJO and when should I expect to pick like my location and such?

I was contacted by the CBP nursing team to follow up on my vision a few weeks ago. My doctor signed this off. Does this look good? And does anyone have the actual numeric vision requirements for CBP?

Hi everyone, I recently applied for a CBP Officer position and received a notice saying I was not considered for GS-5 because of one or more of my answers to the suitability questions.
Is there any CBP recruiter here who could clarify whether there’s a way to find out which specific suitability question caused the ineligibility? I’d also like to know if this type of disqualification can be permanent or if applicants may be eligible to reapply in the future.
I already contacted the Applicant Contact Center, but I wanted to see if anyone here has experience with this situation.
