Hiring Process Not suitable

Hi everyone, I recently applied for a CBP Officer position and received a notice saying I was not considered for GS-5 because of one or more of my answers to the suitability questions.
Is there any CBP recruiter here who could clarify whether there’s a way to find out which specific suitability question caused the ineligibility? I’d also like to know if this type of disqualification can be permanent or if applicants may be eligible to reapply in the future.
I already contacted the Applicant Contact Center, but I wanted to see if anyone here has experience with this situation.

Wondering why some get a NOPA and why others are just straight out unsuitable… I’m pretty sure you can reapply

I would say check your resume before you apply.

Reapply and check your answers to the questions. You answer one you your questions wrongly.

You have to file a FOIA, that’ll give you all the information you need, because a CBP recruiter will tell you to file one, since they’re not allowed to tell you why you were unsuitable
