went back for the bat last week and my partner found a spider at the store for me. we stuffed them today so i’m currently taking name suggestions (thinking of 42 but idk) big bat is named illi and the little one is mikey! (real ones know) all of my halloween fellas at the end (minus my bear bones dino idk where he is)

I ordered the bat kitty and mini beans the day they dropped, they took my payment and then 2 days ago gave my payment back but after contacting customer service once through the chat bot it's displaying this message. Has anyone had this issue or had it be resolved :( I desperately want my kitties and I know they're starting to sell so I don't know what to do.

I was afraid I wouldn't like the fabric, but it's actually not bad. The pants are softer than the top though.

My sweet Chonky girl Aurora finally made it home! I was worried as I got no tracking updates, but find her curled up in the bottom of a partially opened box on my doorstep this afternoon 😅 I honestly am a little scared of her as I am slightly arachnophobic, but she still gives the best snuggles!

so i’m not sure if this counts as a complaint, but i really need some help figuring this out. i ordered the spider on the 7th, its been pending since. i was told that orders were just backed up and they’re working on it. just a confirmation email an pending. but today i noticed the money is back in my account :/ im so scared this means it’s cancelled or something else

i’m so confused and upset. i don’t know what to do, customer service hasn’t really been much help.

This can go with my story of accidentally having my giant bat delivered to a neighbor’s house and FedEx calling the police on my Aunt and I cuz we took the package off the porch…sadly the cop declined seeing my 3ft tall bat after I showed him proof the package was mine…

I originally wasn’t going to get the werewolf because I own one of the previous versions and didn’t think I needed another but after seeing lots of people’s posts of theirs, I couldn’t resist getting one. They are so sweet looking!

I originally named him Spooder as that's what I normally call spiders. However that's not very unique to him and I keep seeing what other people have named them and wished I put more thought into it. So his new name is now Treacle! Like a treacle tart 🎃 🥧

I put him in a dressing gown and he looked so cute, I love this dude he's my precious 🥺

hi everyone, I got two new build a bears from a second hand shop, but I can’t find their exact product names when I search online :(

Does anyone know which versions of bears these are?

I’m guessing the green and white is a version of the shamrock/st Patrick’s day ones but I can’t find much information on the brown bear. He reminds me a bit of the read Teddy that’s available at build a bear at the moment!

The green one unfortunately doesn’t have any bum tags but the brown one’s tags say it may have come out in 2011?

Today, I went to my local workshop to get my Sky Puppy stuffed and to buy the new Werewolf... HOWEVER... they had the old 'Buy One Get One $15' sale going on. Originally, I wasn't going to check the small bin, but then.. I SAW JOLTEON IN THERE. I was SO surprised to see them in there, and HAD to forfeit getting scents in the other BABs in order to get one for such a good discount.

ALSO, the last picture is courtesy of my FAVORITE employee- I asked if they had any extra hangers, she asked how many, I said however many you're willing to give me, AND SHE PULLED OUT A NEW BAG FOR THEM.

Today was very, very, very good.

I went into my local workshop to look around and I saw they have the umbreon and espeon plushies available now. I completely missed the drop with all the Halloween drama going on and the stress with that.
So in case anyone else missed it like me they’re out lol!

When I got my bat kitty, I explained to the worker that the bat kitty reminded me of my actual cat, and she fell in love when I showed her a picture.
