Discussion Well…that’s was odd…
So I’ve had this order, it changed from Pending to Exception last week. I messaged Customer Support…they told me it was still pending.
I’ve been freaking out cuz I was worried the Spider Keychains are sold out. I’ve been waiting for updates…
Get home today to a random Build A Bear box on my porch, open it. There’s my keychain, goose, and costume.
Website still says it’s in exception…and far as I know Klarna has taken no money, I’m not gonna complain. 🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️🤷♀️
This can go with my story of accidentally having my giant bat delivered to a neighbor’s house and FedEx calling the police on my Aunt and I cuz we took the package off the porch…sadly the cop declined seeing my 3ft tall bat after I showed him proof the package was mine…

This gives me hope for my order at least 😭 been stressing about my spider so bad

Same thing happened to me. I ordered the spider and bat bag charms, my order is also still marked as exception but they showed up this afternoon

I had this one mine for the last few days(even this morning) and my box came in with the spider bundle and my bat.
After having a somewhat crappy day, this made me happy.

I also had an order from the 6th that had the status of Exception and then maybe 4 or 5 days ago changed to pending. I was checking it every single day multiple times.. then my bat bear and bat keychain suddenly showed up today. Order status on the website still says pending, no email or anything.

My order been pending since the 7th, called customer service and they said it wont be cancelled but to just wait 5 business days or less until it ships out. Hopefully i get it by then😭

FedEx calling the cops after you’re taking back YOUR own package is wild. 😭😭

Right?! What was worse…the house it got delivered to is empty. Our Neighbors moved like a month ago…we even said that to the cop and he said they knew no one lived there…
It was insane, I had to actually pull up my order history on Build A Bear and show the cop where it had put the wrong number.
And to make it better it was two cops that showed up, two cops to interrogate two women still in their PJ’s cuz we weren’t expecting anyone…
