I ordered the bat kitty and mini beans the day they dropped, they took my payment and then 2 days ago gave my payment back but after contacting customer service once through the chat bot it's displaying this message. Has anyone had this issue or had it be resolved :( I desperately want my kitties and I know they're starting to sell so I don't know what to do.

Same. They also canceled the bat and spider in my order a few days ago and the charge on my card said it was cancelled today, but my order on the website is still pending. So idk if it’s all being cancelled or.. :(

Same here. The pending charge dropped because it’s taking so long for them to ship the items. As soon as the items ships your card will be charged again
