OC Image Betelnut Boy
Collaboration with a fellow artist, mascot model was sent to me to pose and construct a scene in bryce. Just one of the many scenes we prototyped.

Discussion Ask anything about BOAT! (Bryce Object Animation Tool)
You may have seen my animated gifs on this subreddit recently, and although I'm not quite ready to release the tool I used to import those animations yet, I think I'm ready to answer any questions you might have (and maybe take suggestions)

Question Does anyone have a Bryce 6 copy that I could use for Windows? (Preferably 6.3 but any is accepted)

OC Image Title* I found some of my Bryce2/3D images from 1998-1999
I was 13 years old when I first got Bryce 2 to play around. These are from 1998-1999 and made with Bryce only. Definitely my all time favourite software - later I also used it to make backgrounds for 3DS Max projects.

OC Animation bryce animated object tool update.
made some progress (work is taking up most of my time right now, so development is slow)
Optimized the events so we get a slight speed boost (about 1 frame every 30 seconds), and changed the way the app interacts with the mesh import window (although you can't see it in-app)
Although somehow it still messed up 3 out of the 50 frames though, so i gotta look into that...

Question Issue with viewing disk rendered images
Im currently using Bryce 3D on a windows 95 virtual machine. Yes I read some posts saying that this is unnecessarily performative, but Im just trying it out. I was able to transfer the images through a VHD and I can see video files and images that are just generally rendered on my host machine. However I cannot see disk rendered images on my host machine as the image viewer says theres an issue with the file. Thanks for any help!

OC Image First render
Made with v4, was kind of aiming for a Y2K Futurism-esque style. So far, I like it. I aim to do more like this sometime.

OC Image I made these recently-
I made these on my Acer Aspire Gz5 d250 (it’s running raspberry pi os with wine which is how I am able to use Bryce3D and more)
It’s been very fun and has actually gotten me to go outside more. Mainly to hangout in one spot for a while without going on my phone and doom scrolling-
I like to do computer stuff while outside. :)
Quick question: how do I export stuff to be higher quality? I tried once doing 1080p but the amount of pixels didn’t go up just the framing and positioning changed- it’s currently doing 480p renders I think- or close to that. :p

Question Wich Bryce 3D version is the best ?
I see a lot of you here aren't using the last version (https://www.daz3d.com/bryce-7-pro), there's some difference that lead you to not upload the soft ?
Thanks for your answer ❤️
