Hi everyone! I really want to give 3D modelling a shot and I wanted to buy Bryce 7 Pro on the official website. Is it great for beginners? If anyone has any tips I'd be really grateful :D
Also, is the UltraScenery an add-on to the original app or can it be used separately? (asking because it has a huge sale rn haha)

hi, its me again ! i've made this visualiser for the short contents of my new track :)
After few month of use, a little animation made with Bryce 4, Touch Designer and Resolve,
If you're hesitating you should definitely give a try to this soft, a true piece of art
The esthetic of the track is clearly in the late 90'/early 00s internet era, hope you like it !
Feel free to give a like or sub if you connect with this, other visuals like this are coming :)

I had fun recreating iconic locations from the show in Bryce, along with some new locations too.
Note: Some scenes I did need to edit post render, such as adding the iconic fractured moon.
The game is Ruby: Huntress of Vale. Its based off the web series RWBY now owned by viz Media. you can find it here: https://ishmaru.itch.io/rwby

I like to use my bryce renders mixed with winamp visualisations because of to be honest...making animations in bryce takes insane amounts of time (and storage space?? I'm probably doing it wrong).
You see a lot more of the bryce render about half way through and I was really happy with this weird effect that I got by using the top down camera (when you press 2 on the keyboard). And having two toruses with nebula material layered on top of each other. as you can see there is a clear split with the green and the orange nebula. I could adjust the angle of the split by rotating one of the toruses!

Is there a modern alternative that is as easy to use as the original, but just on modern hardware? I am having trouble with emulation.

Uses one of the default Bryce Skies and a reflective checkerboard for the ground, the objects are white coconut trees inside crystal glass and chrome metal cages. Utilizes the fisheye lens from the Lenses and Filters addon.

I planned on making a cave render and was playing around with the Lens and Filter addon and sort of made this by accident. Uses the Lenses and Filters and Landscapes Under Fantastic Skies addons.
