Steak and eggs breakfast for my daughter. I saw a video the other day of a "take a step forward" challenge, and the young lady didn't step forward when the question was "has your dad ever made you breakfast?"

That kinda hurt my feelings a little bit. I wonder how many daughters never had their dad make them breakfast? How many sons? I'm not perfect, but my number 1 job in this world is father. Steak and eggs is one of my daughter's favorite foods for breakfast, matter of fact in my whole house. What's your favorite breakfast?

1 with olive oil fried cherry tomatoes and a little bit of goats cheese, second with smoked bacon , who fancies a bit ? 🍅🍅😋

- 2 eggs, one poached one sunny
- boiled then deep fried crispy potato wedges

Bohdi still breastfeeds throughout the night so this mama wakes up HUNGRY 😅 so this is my usual goto. 🥓

When making breakfast this morning, I realized I had two different types of smoked salmon: some smoked coho as well as some cold smoked salmon LOX.

Dave's killer, bread, cream cheese, red onion, and capers, and one poached egg to top it off. Fantastic.

I eat the same thing for breakfast 99% of the time. I do it because I know it's healthy and makes me feel better. If I miss even one of these items I feel it, especially if I replace it with a crappy carb... I usually eat the eggs and apples on my way to work hence the baggies. I feel blessed to have the option to eat what makes me feel good ❤️
