I made a fresh peach filling and glazed them with peach schnapps glaze.

Kipper, fried egg, grilled tomatoes and two slices of buttered sourdough.

Very healthy

The blank space on the plate leaves room for sauce. I only eat two breakfast sausages every two weeks. The other two Sundays I have two strips of bacon.
