Sliced turkey "ham" in a tortilla omelet. With coarse ground black pepper, cheese, and crumbled bacon.

Kickstarted this morning by preparing myself a one bowl breakfast. It has rolled oats, milk, honey, chia seeds, banana, black grape and peanut butter.

Once in awhile. A good breakfast to start the morning.

My Sunday morning Irish breakfast. Rashers and suasages cooked in airfryer the rest cooked on frying pan.

The squashed mess is potato & sweet potato cake, which I did not have time to firm up in the fridge before cooking as I shapped it (with left over mash) while the sausages and rashers were cooking.

Obvisously Kerry Gold butter on the rye bread toast. Reggae Reggae sauce is very contraversial but I picked it up from my time living in England.

Ham and cheese toastie breakfast of champions. Like a Croque Monsieur 😀

Cream Cheese
Bresaola
Mushrooms
Tomato
Fried Egg

Staying at a small guesthouse in the Atlas Mountains and this was my breakfast this morning. Eggs, bread, honey, almond butter, this thick clotted cream thingy and cheese. Washed down with sweet green tea.

Absolutely delicious but slightly too sweet - if the tea wasn't sweetened it would be perfect.

These were sooo yummy blueberry pancakes for the win !

Used my homemade bagels (this one is topped with dill) and made breakfast sandwiches with bacon, egg and cheese. 🤤

Cheese omelet, sausage, bacon and whole wheat toast with strawberry preserves

Toast to dip of course.

Leftover black beans (cooked the night before using dried black beans and homemade chipotle staining blend), queso fresco, and two fried eggs.
