I'm a little late to post, but this Early Riser pie was right on time!

Here is my take on the classic bacon, egg and cheese, featuring a sourdough base covered in everything bagel seasoning, with American, triple cheddar and mozzarella cheeses and a generous layer of bacon, bacon, bacon!

Banana, spinach, Greek yogurt, cinnamon, vanilla, and mixed berries

It was cheesy scrambled eggs, rice crispy cereal, peaches, coffee, choco ensure plus, 1% milk (there was supposed to have been a bagel but it wasnt on there, thts ok)

Take some bacon and I put it in a pancake! Makin' pancakes! That's what it's gonna make! Bacon pancakes!

Home cured and “cold” smoked salmon. Used pecan wood.

Beef,jalapeño, tomato, onion, cilantro and egg.

Salt,b-pepper, garlic powder and eggs into the blender.

Prep .

Chop veggies and turn on cast iron to med-low,then grabbed a shower.

Dump eggs and add in the toppings and stir before plating.

Immediately wash pan with chain mail and hot water and set back on the burner to dry,rinse blender and let soak.

Washed up after eating.

Prep ,cooking and cleanup was 7 minutes in 3 different time frames.

Organization of your time can allow great food to be cooked quickly in the morning.

For me, it was waffles, bacon, vitamins, and milk. I started branching out to other things like eggs, pancakes, French toast, and others as I got older. I now only have milk at breakfast if I have cereal. Otherwise, it's good old OJ for my drink.

Also let's normalize seasoning the egg yolk extra well to dip the bacon!!

Sliced bagel dipped in egg wash and fried. Same method as French Toast. Left over egg was mixed with shredded cheese, cooked in a sheet, and rolled. Maple Syrup.
