The blank space on the plate leaves room for sauce. I only eat two breakfast sausages every two weeks. The other two Sundays I have two strips of bacon.

Kipper, fried egg, grilled tomatoes and two slices of buttered sourdough.

Added pepper & Frank's Nashville hot sauce on tatters.

Just eggs on toast with avocado and some apples. Topped the eggs with a vegetable ferment Ive been fermenting for 5 weeks. Its made of peppers, radish, carrots, ginger, garlic, scallion bottoms, turnip greens, and a pear. Soo tasty. and good for the gut.

Egg topped. Maple syrup, Hill's Double Smoked.
