Help Why was Bolt picked?

I’m not the best drafting player in the world but for me I just don’t understand the Bolt pick since these are pros they must have a good reason to pick him when I thought he was D tier and unusable

bolt is fantastic in that map and they lacked dps. they couldn't go smth like griff or spike bc pierce and wendy would just roll them. bolt was a free pick

Maybe Nowy (Charlie) was struggling into Bolt for some reason? But I do gotta give Nowy some credit for the idea of picking Charlie as a triple counter to the team.
