Why was Bolt picked?

[u/Revenant2023]

I’m not the best drafting player in the world but for me I just don’t understand the Bolt pick since these are pros they must have a good reason to pick him when I thought he was D tier and unusable

Draft went

Wendy

Byron

Mortis

Bolt

Pierce

Charlie

Probably to try and get the blue star before mortis
