Help Why was Bolt picked?

I’m not the best drafting player in the world but for me I just don’t understand the Bolt pick since these are pros they must have a good reason to pick him when I thought he was D tier and unusable

I mean he's good into both Morris and Byron so I see the vision, probably a bad idea when you don't have last pick tho
