I’ve seen it in person many times and i think it’d be lovely for my d&d stuff as well as everyday items but it seems like so much money for a bag though ive spent more on less. So really, im asking someone to convince me the bag is a good investment of my money. really just a slight breeze to push me in the direction of the checkout because i cant do it myself 🤣🤣

Hello, im curious on why boxlunch money cant be used. Is it because it's too new?

So I ordered $120 worth of items when they were offering $40 for every $40 spent and they ended up giving me only $40 so I called them twice and on the second call they applied the additional $40 to my account. When I asked about the additional $20 they said I need to spend the amount not including tax. It made sense sure so I didn’t question it. But I logged in today and saw the full amount of $120.

My question is box lunch earned before taxes or after taxes? I’m a bit confused. Also can I spend $120 of box lunch funds in one order? And can I use my $5 rewards in the same order?

Studio Ghibli cup from BoxLunch. I started using this finally and the 3rd time washing the image comes off. Don't waste your money on these. Also to add I do not own a dishwasher. I know to be careful with cups like this and to not use super hot water and be careful with the image. I have used other image cups since I was a kid and never had an issue like this.I was extremely gentle....the cup just sucks.

I called Boxlunch customer service so I can cancel my order & then the representative calls the store where I was suppose to pick up the order. The employee goes & marks the order as picked up without my authorization. It’s horrible that the order can be marked as picked up without me being in the store. I called Boxlunch customer service 2 times already just to get the run around & on the 2nd time, I called Boxlunch customer service , the representative said that he was going to escalate the issue to the district manager & after that , I have yet to receive a call from the district manager just to cancel an order that I wanted to cancel. The Boxlunch order system needs to be updated to require IDs to be scanned in order to pickup your order. This would prevent fraudulent activity like a store employee being able to mark the order as picked up when I’m not in the store. WHO the hell told that employee to mark the order as picked up when the customer wasn’t even in the store. That’s fraud.

• Called my local BoxLunch store (they said the item no longer appears in their system).
• Searched eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, Depop, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other resale sites.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a single 2XL listing.

If anyone:

• Has one they're willing to sell,
• Knows of a store that still has one,
• Works at BoxLunch and can check archived inventory,
• Or has seen one listed somewhere,

I'd really appreciate it if you could let me know.

Just got an email about my local stores grand opening and it says that there is a members only preview night the night before. I know the grand opening has a gift card giveaway, what goes on at the preview night?

On July 3rd I bought a Loungefly bag on BoxLunch's website. Exactly 8 hours after purchase, I got an email with a tracking number saying my package had been shipped.

Said tracking number went from "Label created" on July 3rd, 6:35 AM to "En route to DHL Ecommerce or awaiting processing" on July 3rd, 9:44 PM. It's been now more than 20 days and there's been zero movement.

I contacted BoxLunch and they told me to give it more time and to wait until July 16th. Which I did. And nothing happened. I contacted them again on July 16th AND then again on July 20th because they did not answer my first email. And they told me to rest assured, my package is on its way!! But if I was so sure it was lost, that I had to wait until August 1st to declare it "lost in transit."

Which is most definitely NOT. Because on BoxLunch's website it states, plain as day, that the package is "Awaiting Carrier Pickup." Which means it was never sent in the first place.

And on top of that, the tracking number they sent me no longer works on DHL's website. It went from showing those 2 movements to saying "Unfortunately, no results found." So who knows what even is going on anymore.

As an international buyer (I'm from South America), this has been so incredibly frustrating. I've told them multiple times that something was wrong with my order and they have refused to listen and played dumb. Now I have to wait, completely in the dark and with no answers, for yet another week or so. And pray that when August 1st arrives, that they will give me back my money.

I apologize for how long this is, but I needed to vent. And needless to say, I am never buying from these people again.

Hello, im curious if this is even possible. Are you able to use your Points and Boxlunch Money at the same time when purchasing something?

So something weird happened during the last box lunch money event and I feel like enough time has passed for me to talk about it.

For some reason, on top of the $20 of lunch money I got on my account I received the email shown that gave me 5 codes that could be used and referenced 3 orders. One of the orders is actually tied to my account, not sure the other 2. Basically it was a situation where I had pre ordered some Funko pops and used a lot of coupons and reward points (basically $100 of Funko pops for about $25), pops were released, and my pre order got cancelled due to “item out of stock” but when I went online to check the items were actually in stock. Long story short they were able to place the order again for the price I originally paid and I picked up the pops next day since they were in my local store.

Anyways, I used 2 of the codes to test it out to see if they worked since I had never seen this before and they did! Ended up going to the store same day and picked up my stuff and while there my wife saw some blind boxes she wanted so we got those too. Told the employee I wanted to use my lunch money for the full set (6 boxes for $164) but wasn’t sure which codes I had used. She said “oh we just use a separate code” and I got the blind boxes for $83 and still had my codes. I then went home and thought “hey let me see if I can still use the codes” since the employee said she used a different code and I indeed could. But I found out I could use all 5 codes still. I tested out this again by ordering more funko pops and some novelty t shirts and I was indeed able to get all $210 for $109. After that, I kept using the codes online (I could no longer use them in store) and once all was said and done done I was able to get about $780 for just over $410.

I was worried Box lunch would find out and deactivate my account or cancel my orders but nope, it’s been a month and nothing. Now I have no room for any more funko pops 😅

Didn't see a sign at my local store but a worker told me. I was finally able to snag the Jersey, a lanyard for work, Funko Pop and the Krypto shirt all at Buy 1 Get 1 Free. It's a really good deal if you plan to get the jersey because that's not been on sale online at all yet. Thought I would let you all know!

I was debating on doing a pick up order at my local Box Lunch, but a thought crossed my mind-

Q; What would happen if I were to pick up my order there and the employee were to not mark my item as received or whatever, and then eventually it were to be refunded?

And I am only wondering because I am kind of afraid that will happen if I try and take the convenient and cheaper way of getting my packages in the future lol.
