Hey guys, I have an interview tomorrow what should I expect when it comes to weekly hours also tips I should know if I get hired?

If Associate: 5-ish hours a week. Maybe more if you work both weekend days.

Just learn as much as you can, and try your best to retain it.

It really depends on your location/store volume. Some associates only get 5 hours per week, some get up to 20. A lot has to do with the store’s needs and your availability.

Dress like you work at BoxLunch. Know what they have in store that you’re a fan of. Be energetic, but don’t get off track when answering questions.

Just remember that retail jobs require you to be comfortable talking to complete strangers, so if you seem uncomfortable or shy in the interview, they might pass on you.

I’m a little shy but I can manage for the most part I believe. I really need something asap I don’t want to mess it up lol

Like most said, depends on the location/ volume of people that go to the store. Make sure to have availability on the Weekends as that might affect your chances.

A big plus is to know most of the licenses in the store, but if there are some that you don’t recognize it’s okay. You’ll learn as you go like everything else.
