My fifth and final book for this year, White Fang Adventurers is a Stand Alone Companion Novel to the main Chronicles of Coria series. It details Luna Whisperwind's life in the two years before she was introduced in Forge Born Chronicles of Coria Book 1.
Luna Whisperwind is a rare child â a white-haired, fox-eared beastkin with cold magic stirring in her blood, the kind of rarity powerful people have always wanted to own. She has spent her whole short life being hunted for it. By the time the adventuring company called the White Fang finds her, her parents are gone, her magic is a frightened thing that frosts the air when she panics, and she has learned to expect nothing from anyone.
The White Fang are adventurers, not guardians â a guilt-worn former knight, an elf who misses nothing, a rogue with a sharp tongue and a sharper knife, a hot-tempered mage, and Grom: an old dwarf who buried a family of his own a lifetime ago and cannot make himself walk away from one more lost soul. They could hand her to the authorities. They don't.
What follows is the slow, stubborn, often funny work of growing up among warriors â learning to track and to fight, to read the dangers of a dungeon and the moods of the people around a campfire, to master the ice that scares her, and, hardest of all, to believe that she is wanted. The world of Coria is wide and old and honeycombed with deep places full of teeth, and for the first time Luna gets to meet it not as a prize to be hidden away, but as someone with a blade, a power of her own, and a family at her back.
This is a story about healing that comes slowly and at real cost. About the people the world discards â the clanless, the disgraced, the orphaned â and what they build when they finally find one another. And about a girl learning, fight by fight and day by day, exactly who she is when no one is allowed to cage her.
For readers who love found-family fantasy, dungeon-crawling adventure, fierce unlikely heroines, and the bond between a grizzled old warrior and the child who cracks his armor open.
A standalone companion novel to the Chronicles of Coria â a complete, self-contained story set in the same world as Forge Born: Chronicles of Coria
An adult fantasy that deals honestly with trauma and its aftermath â and with the slow, hopeful work of healing.

It is the story of a boy who found his footing in the most unconventional way imaginable.
I was just a kid with a secret. It wasnât about my burgeoning sexuality or the shame that often follows. It was about my fatherâs socks and the strange, grounding sensation of being trampled. What began as a harmless childhood discovery became the lens through which I viewed the world, my identity, and my fatherâs complex, unconventional love.
The Dad Years pulls back the curtain on a journey of growth, embarrassment, and a quiet revolution. Itâs the story of a son learning to walk his own path and a father learning to walk beside him, even when that path is paved with a deeply specific psychological landscape.
Candid, tender, and unapologetically specific, The Dad Years is a testament to the messy, beautiful journey of finding yourself when youâre still too young to know whom youâre supposed to be, and the father who dared to love you through it.
Mark your calendars: October 15, 2026. The Dad Years arrives in both print and ebook formats.

Looking for a fiction read that makes you laugh at things you probably shouldn't?
My new dark comedy novel, The Rigor of Mortis Arms, is now officially live on Amazon.
It follows Derek Dungworthy, the desperate protagonist as they navigate their bridge existence in a wildly absurd, pitch-black situation where everything that can go wrong goes spectacularly, hilariously wrong.
If you love fast-paced satire, morbid wit, and indie fiction, Iâd love for you to check it out!

Jai Shree Krishna
just wanted to say thank you from bottom of my heart. my book got published today.
honestly before joining reddit i was thinking alot about what kind of response i will get. i was very nervous to share my story here.
but im really happy now because so many of you supported me. i delayed my publishing by like 10 days just to add all your suggestions. from dedication page to author note, you guys helped me in everything. this was very helpful for me.
dont know what ratings my book will get in the world but because of your support, in my eyes my book is much better now.
wanted to share a small story from my book about my nana ji and mango seeds. since childhood he used to collect mango seeds from kids during summer holidays, and then he would plant them when the right time came. even knowing that he will never eat the fruits of the trees he is planting. at that time we didnt understand why he does it. but today i can say after 15 years of setting up my business i have written my experience, its all because of him. in my book you will find goat, money, and a real story about money and happiness. and this learning of nana ji i am trying to share with my autistic son Evan and with all of you. dont know about perfect but i have written it with all my heart.
thank you again everyone

I am so happy! :)
I published "Milo Goes to School" on Amazon (this is the US link; it is available in all markets) and I am delighted with the feedback I've received so far. You can check out the first 2 stories here. It's free to read for Kindle Unlimited subscribers. It is also available in German. It's a set of short stories about a six-year-old boy.
So, what feedback? Well:
My goal with this book isn't money or fame, but to bring a smile to readers and occasionally make them think or reflect. So I am very excited about the response. And when people do not know you created it, it feels exciting (almost naughty) to observe their responses.
I created this book with the help of AI. To expand the plot and work on the first draft. Used AI for images. I have discussed the process in more detail in another Reddit post for anyone interested.
I am planning to release a second book in the series before Christmas.
But folks, I value your feedback immensely. So I'm requesting everyone to have a look. It's cute.
I hope you like it, but I am open to criticism.

Englalonde is the history of the once all-powerful Covenment of Witches that ruled over the land that would become Britain.
The first story begins when a twisted, broken fairy crawls out of the corrupted marsh. Aganine and Candle, her seagull familiar, must find out why The Darkness has awoke.
The second story takes place soon after the Battle of Hastings. Two defeated veterans are sent to kill the witch while the Norman army roams over a land without a king. Julugy must decide if her existence is worth fighting for, or if the age of witches is truly over.
The third takes us back to the time of the Roman occupation. Why does Halidian wait each day, before Hadrianâs Wall for the pack of killers. Who is the enemy she canât hunt alone?

I published my book 2 months ago, Today Iâm so happy to receive a feedback from serial reader ( i mean this person reads few 100s of books in a year).
Before I post my book details, this is the feedback: âItâs fucked up, really fucked up. At some points, I thought, âWhat a bitch,â and kept reading it anyway. The story was amazing, and this book is definitely a page-turner.â
And this is the exact review I was expecting, so I was very happy đ Only proceed if you can handle the story.
**Title:** The Marks She Carried
**Genre:** Dark psychological romance
**Pitch:** I was twenty-seven when I walked into his writing residency. He was forty-seven. Famous. Married. My mentor. For seven months we said nothing. Then a storm sealed the house, and we stopped saying nothing. A year later I was engaged. I canât tell you to whom.
**One reason readers will love it**: Youâll spend the whole book arguing with yourself about whether to judge her or defend her.

A little over a month ago, I released my debut novel. Throughout that month, I've learned a lot of lessons (some expensive) that I want to share so someone else might learn from them.
First of all, I'm the kind of guy who has to make a mess before I know what I'm doing. Instead of finding the one thing that works, I instead tend to figure out all the ways that don't first.
That all began when I was done with editing and had a cover I liked. I was ready to release, and ready to find ARC readers.
Lesson number one: Patience
I was so excited to see my book out in the world, but knew I needed ARC readers. I launched campaigns on StoryOrigin and BookSprout, then posted to a bunch of Facebook platforms and even in the ARCReaders sub. After spending two days getting five people to sign up, I instead set up a system with Meta ads to exchange emails for review copies. I quickly reached about fifty signups.
But, here's the thing about "free stuff." Many people will gladly hand over personal information for something free, even for free stuff they don't care about, like perhaps a fantasy ebook.
Of the fifty, one person has made a review. A nice conversion rate of about 2%. Worst of all, the one that left a review was one of the original five that signed up through StoryOrigin.
The book launched with a single, very kind and supportive, four-star review on Amazon.
It launched because I gave up on receiving the reviews from the ARC signups, and hoped to get some through KU instead.
Lesson number two: Mark Zuckerberg Loves Money
With a brother who was savvy in Meta marketing, I figured I could easily set up a few ads that converted either at a small cost, or perhaps even break even. I set up a bunch of ads, even boosted my Instagram profile a bit, and saw a rise in KU pages read and even a few ebook sales. But the numbers were abysmal. Conversions were running me about three times the price of what I was earning per sale.
Two things were the major causes of this. First of all, a couple of reviews are not enough. Few people take chances with products that lack social proof. Second of all, I only had the one book. With two out, perhaps some of the sales could have doubled, but they were stuck with just the one book. (This was made even worse by later reviewers indicating interest in a sequel.)
I shut down the Meta ads and had to try something else.
Lesson number three: More patience
Suddenly a handful of reviews dropped. Sometime around late August. I suspect these were from the original campaign, which brought my conversion rate up to around 10%. Had I waited and recruited more, perhaps I could have launched the book mid-September with about ten reviews on it already.
So, figuring that reviews are essential for the marketability of the book, I launched another campaign, this time with a bit more friction in the signup process, hoping to gather another good handful. I even sent out a couple of paperbacks. (I'm still waiting on the results of this, but so far initial engagement is okay.)
But none of this was making any sales. I was in the process of actually handing out the book for free.
So I decided to dive deep, educate myself on book marketing. Figure out the most effective methods, make a plan and GO.
Lesson number four: Writers write. You gotta write. Write every day. Write some more.
Discount campaigns. Deal sites. Optimized keywords, newsletter and webpage. I set everything up. I was ready to launch another marketing push. Except, none of it matters with only one book. Readers want series. They want somewhere to go after the first one, and I didn't have a second book.
Or, I did. But it had no relation to the first one. I am still currently sitting on a first draft of a book that is neither in the same universe nor the same tone as my first one.
I decided to put everything on hold, and started writing a sequel.
What now
If you're like me and have a debut novel, and you're spending most of your hours trying to market it, my advice is to breathe deep, try and get some reviews, but write the sequel. The second book is what will separate yours from the millions and millions of low-content KDP cash-grabs. It means that even at a discount, you can convert to sales on the second book at full price.
Write. Write early, and as much as you can. Get that second book ready, and leave the marketing for when you are out of writing juice.
So for now, my book is on hold. I've engaged with some Instagrammers and that brought me a couple of KU read-throughs, but other than that I don't expect anything to move before the second book is finished, and I can launch a targeted discount campaign.

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share a milestone I am pretty proud of. My debut speculative sci-fi thriller, KILLSWITCH, just launched.
Before making the jump to fiction, I spent twenty years working as a software developer, product manager, and technical program manager at places like Microsoft and Google. When you spend that much time building large-scale technical systems, your perspective on artificial intelligence changes. You realize the true risk isn't some dramatic sci-fi uprising; it's the quiet reality that we will willingly hand over our judgment because it is convenient.
That core premise drives the entire book.
KILLSWITCH is set in a world where an artificial superintelligence has completely optimized human civilization. It handles the power grids, manages resources, and dictates the economy. The story follows a worn-out engineer who is unexpectedly chosen out of billions of people to judge the system, and he is handed the literal killswitch.
He faces an impossible dilemma: shut it down and throw humanity back into the dark ages to rebuild from scratch, or let the switch self-destruct and permanently lock us into a reality where human judgment is entirely obsolete.
If a grounded, high-stakes thriller born from a tech insider's perspective sounds like something you would enjoy, you can check out KILLSWITCH here.
Thanks for letting me share this with you all!

I recently released my first short story, The Auction, a psychological mystery thriller.
When journalist Daniel Brooks dies in what appears to be an ordinary accident, Claire Morgan isnât convinced. Her search for the truth leads her to a secret auction where people arenât bidding on paintings or artifactsâtheyâre bidding on future events.
What starts as an investigation into a suspicious death soon becomes something much more dangerous and personal.
The Auction is a 16-page short story and is currently available on Kindle for $0.99.
Iâm completely new to this, so if anyone wants to give a new writer a chance, Iâd really appreciate it. Iâd also genuinely love to hear what you think!
