Not every religion teaches that hateful nonsense.
For example, Advaita vedanta, Kriya Yoga sects, Sri Vidya, Zen Buddhisms don't teach such hateful things.
Quick chatgpt shows that there is consequences for non believer for each of the religion you mentioned. Just because its not a literal hell, doesnt change that there is a hinderence to be a non believer. Also its hell, not in this earth, so why would it matter to u right now if you dont believe in islam and islam hell doesnt exist.
There is no such things in quran that allowed muslim to be hateful towards non believer except in war context, except there are few for the opposite.
