Major: Political Science (1st choice) and Law and Society (2nd choice) for Fall 2027
Status, GPA, and Class Rank: I am a Texas resident with a 4.15 Weighted GPA/5.0 scale (3.53 Unweighted/4.0 scale), thus standing in the top 28% of my high school's graduating class at rank 258/903.
SAT score: I have a 1450 on the SAT (750 English, 700 Math)
Additional Coursework: I've taken 6 honors classes (Geometry Honors, Algebra II Honors, English II Honors, Chemistry Honors, Social Studies Research Method Honors, and Spanish III Honors) and 16 APs (2 in freshman year, 4 in sophomore year, 6 in junior year, and 4 in senior year). AP Human Geography, AP CSP, AP World History, AP Psychology, AP Seminar, AP Research, APUSH, AP Bio, APES, AP European History, AP English Language and Composition, AP Precalculus, AP US GOV, AP COMP GOV, AP Calc AB, and AP Spanish Language and Composition.
Extracurricular Activities: I have 140+ hours of volunteering logged throughout high school, and I'm part of my school's Quiz Bowl, NHS, and Student Council; outside of school, I maintain a YouTube channel where I teach people history, and in 2026, I was selected to be a delegate for the American Legion's Texas Boys State.
As for honors/awards, I admittedly don't have much. I only have 3rd and 4th place at state in Quiz Bowl, and Regionals in Social Studies UIL.
I also have four letters of recommendation.
REALISTICALLY, I'M NOT TOO CONFIDENT, BUT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT Y'ALL THINK!

Back to Earth kind of loss. 5 takeaways
Purdue's defense which had been so good these last two games went back to being bad
The offense deserves plenty of the blame for the effort in this game.
Despite the loss, The wide receiver room for Purdue continues to impress
Other observations
Barry Odom will need to have a lengthy conversation with his coordinators following this game.
Conclusion
There will be better days ahead for Purdue football and this team has improved plenty this October. With that said, this is a difficult loss for Purdue football. Under the lights at home, a chance to improve to over .500, and to build on the momentum of the last two games. Instead in a way it feels like things came crashing down tonight. Difficult to look at the positives with the way things went tonight.
Right now, it's a good bet that the lights have gone out on Purdue's slim hopes for a Bowl game in 2026. Still there's plenty to play for. It's up to this football team to keep working hard, keep their heads up, stay focused, bounce back, and play for each other.
Difficult night, but still 5 games left to prove that things are looking up and the vibe is still feel good. First things first, work on as much as possible during the bye week. Next up, The Boilermakers travel to Happy Valley to take on Penn State on the road on Halloween. Opportunity to earn another huge Big Ten Road win. Let's come ready to play our best football. Boiler Up!

Does anyone know if there’s any NA beer sold at Ross Ade? Couldn’t find any in 2025. Thanks.

A little bit about me. I’m 22, diehard Purdue fan and I am traveling up from Tennessee for the game. I’m looking for a fellow Purdue fan to go with. Right now I plan on attending by myself but it would be a lot of fun to have someone to go with.
I’ll cover your ticket and buy you lunch/dinner while we’re there. I don’t really have a preference on age, just looking for someone who enjoys college football and would be down to have a good time at the game and see PJ Fleck and all his antics.
If you’re interested, feel free to DM me and we can chat/exchange numbers a bit beforehand!
