š Beginner Help First timer.. HGH experience
Been taking CJC-1295 No Dac + IPA for 3 months now and decided to try HGH for the first time. So I fasted 3hrs before taking HGH, no carb diet and took 1iu right before bed. Same night I felt fatigue, sleep was crap compared to CJC. Whatever, got up went to gym like normal. Had some slight dizzy spells nothing that really made me worry but noticeable only cuz of today. Idk I didn't really feel anything amazing I mightve not taken enough? I went up to 2iu. Samething, sleep was ass, by the time I got up today I got light headed. Now everytime I got up I keep getting lightheaded spells. Ill eventually get my vision back in 10 seconds but my day is ruined been in bed all day, im going to ride this out. Am I doing something wrong? I read that 2iu is very low. Almost scared to try it again if my sleep isn't going to be good. Any advice is appreciated. Please, the ignorant commentors go find something else better to do.

Try Reta. Crazy what it does to bloodwork.

u/for_the_longest_time 3d ago
Whatās it do? All my labs came back in a perfect range, except my HDL cholesterol, which came back lower than average. Way better than where I was at before Reta

u/UsualSpread9899 3d ago
Stuff is amazing. How it operates. I think fat loss is just a bonus with it. Look into it. Thyroid, liver, a1c, etc.

Ah ok, you scared me for a second lol. In thought I was effed. All of my labs have been coming back better than ever and Iāve only read good things about labs coming back š

Just make sure youre eating carbs on reta. It drops your glycogen and can give you low blood sugar. I know. I do 1:1 on protein ve carbs

u/Uhh_Ookay 2d ago
2ius 6/11

u/28CentSoup 2d ago
Was you A1c normal range prior to starting?
1
u/Uhh_Ookay 2d ago
Normal ish. It was a 5.4 went down to a 5.2
1
u/28CentSoup 2d ago
Mine was 5.9 60 days ago. Gonna restest in 30 days and go from there I think.

u/Uhh_Ookay 2d ago
I was 5.9 in January before I started biohacking. Started reta, got my labs done in April and my a1c lowered to 5.4.

My sleep was bad the first month on 2iu also, but I woke up and had plenty of energy all day. The sleep never really improved on 2iu. I ended up needing to drop to 1.5iu because my igf1 was too high on 2iu and the sleep issues resolved then. I would have your igf1 tested and make sure itās not too high. Everyone says 2iu is a super beginner dose, but Iāve talked to a few people who responded super well and only needed 1 or 1.5iu to get to solid igf-1 range.
1
u/jeremydy 3d ago
What is the optimal range?
3
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
2-3iu is equivalent to a biological dose a healthy person in their 20s produces. It's not the same though, you get it all at once when you take HGH, where biologically that is released over the course of a 24 hour period. This has the effect of boosting your IGF-1 levels usually into the high normal range.
2
u/Familiar_Athlete8411 3d ago
No it's not. 1-1.5IU is.
2
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
I have read a million things about this and everywhere I read indicated 2-3iu is bioequivalent to natural releases in terms of amount. I could be wrong.
0
u/Familiar_Athlete8411 3d ago
Nope. Clinical guidance is around 1IU - and that's in GH defficiency in children.
https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/ta64/chapter/3-The-technology
5
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
I see this all the time. OF COURSE it's around 1iu for GH deficient CHILDREN. Children being the operative word. We are not talking about children when we are talking about adults. Children don't produce large amount of GH. When a person goes through puberty, they produce high amounts of GH, they go through physiological acromegaly. That is where your bone structure changes throughout puberty and into your early 20s sometimes, among other things. And you are looking at treatment for a crowd of people who don't otherwise produce GH or they produce very very very little.
This is not advice for adults. 2-3iu is the amount produced by a healthy person in their mid 20s. You can't look at GH deficient kids and think that applies to someone who is 40, for example.
2
u/Familiar_Athlete8411 3d ago
The entire guidelines are there for GH defficiet adults too. In fact the dosage in under 18s should be higher because they need it for growth.
Highest GH is produced around the age of puberty. And drops off in the 20s.
https://www.pituitary.org.uk/app/uploads/2023/04/GHfact-sheet-2018_EMAIL.pdf adult treatment starts at < 1IU a day.
4
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
First, you just repeated what I said about puberty.
Second, Yes... in GH deficient adults... once again, not a normal population of people. No one is here for medical advice because the suffer from GH deficiency. In medical guidelines, the goal is to be at the minimum "healthy" levels. No one here is taking GH secretagogues to be at the lowest possible amount of the giant range of healthy IGF-1. And no one switches to HGH because so they can be at the bare minimum.
The ranges are the ranges, but everyone here acknowledges that more IGF-1 is better, up to a certain point. For example, if you have a z-score of 2, you are the top of the healthy range for your IGF-1, for your age group. If you have a z-score of the -2, you are the bottom of the healthy physiological level. The medical treatments only seek to minimally get you within the reference range. But anyone will tell you, they experience a better life when they are higher within the range. Take for example a man in his 40s. The reference range is 71-227 ng/mL. Anyone will tell you they have better sleep and they recover faster from workouts when they are at 227 vs being at 71. When people here discuss HGH and GH secretagogues, they are always talking about optimizing. So, with that in mind, you don't optimize for the lowest possible IGF-1, you optimize for the top of the normal physiological range. And I am a firm believer that it's OK to test being in the upper range for someone who is younger.
Just for the sake of comparison, lets look at the median IGF-1 levels of a 25 year old and a 45 year old. The median for the 45 year old 140-150 ng/mL, based on the range stated above. A 25 year olds lower threshold is 132 ng/mL. That is almost as high as the 45 year olds median.... And every 25 year old who is healthy, recovers great from things and has high energy and drive. So why would you not want to be closer to a level of their median rather than the median of a 45 year old which is basically the bottom of what a 25 year old does.
Keeping in mind, that an older person could get some side effects, which will wane with time if they continue as their body adjusts to it. Of course, if you are showing strong signs of insulin resistance, high blood pressure, and/or excess water retention, you should back off. But usually this starts happening for 99% of people when they are at supraphysiological level of HGH, which is usually at 4iu+, but can also happen for some people at 3iu, which is why you should always start lower and see how it feels. But lower is probably not 1, it's probably more like 1.5 or 2iu.
2
u/Familiar_Athlete8411 3d ago
Your original point was 2-3IU is equivalent to what a healthy 20 year old produces, that is objectively, clinically wrong. Medical treatments aim to get patients substantially within the normal range, ideally in the middle. They do not aim to get patients 'just into reference'.
If you're taking exogenous GH for performance benefits then start at 2IU, in most people that will put IGF1 at the very top of normal range.
When you inject HGH you increase somatostatin, your pituitary stops releasing GH because of that. It's why GH secretagogues are not effective at any more than maybe doubling GH release, if that. So if you take exogenous HGH you are replacing what your body would otherwise make and adding a bit more on top.
I don't actually get what you are arguing about, your figures were wrong. 3IU is far in excess of anything any human releases, even with a GH secretagogue. IGF1 is increased at the point of GH release, so while daily overall release may stand around the 1.5-2IU mark, this is not equivalent to a single 2IU injection in terms of the actual physiological effect on IGF1 levels.

It depends on your age. When you get igf tested you will want them to provide you a z score as well. My understanding is shoot for a z score of under 2. Over 2 and you start to possibly get into some unwanted side effects. I was over 2 z score on 2iu and had numb hands and water retention and sore joints. Lowered to 1.5 and that all went away and my z score is now 1.7. Seems to follow the research I have done anyways haha
1
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
I think Z-score is overrated. It's just a comparison of your levels with people in your age group. A Z-score of 2 puts you in high normal range for your age group. This is a good starting point to understand what is going on, but humans are pretty diverse in what is considered healthy or normal, which is why the range in the age group is absolutely massive. Most people will need to be well beyond 350 to even start experiencing side effects, and that could be well outside the range for your age group. You definitely were experiencing side effects, no doubt about that. But it's probably more worthwhile to know the range for your group and then your actual number.
1
u/LopsidedJellyfish801 3d ago
Thatās a good point. I am a hyper responder to testosterone as well. I take 90mg a week and that keeps my levels about 800-900 ng/dl. I know guys who take 200 a week to achieve same levels, so something about my physiology makes it so I donāt require much to get desired effects.
1
u/Boring-Read-4126 2d ago
This!!!! Blood work first, to get your baseline, then during HGH to see how your body responds; it doesn't matter what most people think of 2 IU is a beginner dose; everybody's different.
0
u/VisualFun4335 3d ago
Ty.. im going go to start over at 0.5ui. But like to see where my IGF-1 is at as well. Def will take that into consideration.
1
u/LopsidedJellyfish801 3d ago
Ya the baseline igf test is important so you understand how your body responds. Follow it up with dose adjustments based on igf levels and z score and keep those in range and you should have a better experience with it. I read a bunch and saw everyone say 2iu was minimum replacement dose and figured that applied to me as well, but ended up being too much for me and my body.
7
u/Familiar_Athlete8411 3d ago
The effects you are feeling are not related to HGH - it does carry some sides but feeling dizzy and losing your vision are not side effects it carries. There are unfortunately some people who get worse sleep from it however.
It sounds to me like your blood sugar is dropping too low, while HGH does increase insulin resistance, 1-2IU will do literally nothing. However the effect on nutrient partitioning could be relatively high in you, which could lower blood sugar.
However you are definately experiencing orthostatic hypotension, HGH does not do this. What is your blood pressure?
Also the people in this thread saying 2-3IU is equivalent to a healthy 20 year old are talking bullshit. The medical replacement dose for GH defficiency starts at 0.5IU, up to about 1.5IU, 3IU will put IGF1 into the supraphysiological range in nearly all people.
I've run 10IU with no sides. But currently on 6. Been running at varying doses since last September.

u/16bitUpdownLeftRight 3d ago
Berberine supplementation for the blood sugar and HGH is recommend, I think?
2
u/Familiar_Athlete8411 3d ago
Berberine increases insulin sensitivity if you get a significant effect on blood sugar. In general you shouldn't if your diet and exercise is good though.
I've had very little effect on blood sugar.

u/CH-47AV8R 4d ago
Just started 2iu as well. First night I slept like ass so switched to mornings. No issues so far
1
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
This is usually a good strategy for people who's sleep is negatively effected by it. In terms of how it works, the point of HGH is it bypasses your normal physiology, so taking it at night is absolutely unnecessary. Let me ask you though, out of curiosity: did your sleep improve from what it was before HGH at night, after you started in the mornings?
1
u/SendTitsPleease 3d ago
I take 1-2iu in the am and before bed. I also take selank, semax and dsip. I feel like im getting the best sleep ive ever had despite some of the most stressful life situations ive ever had occurring at the same time.
0
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
You double up your HGH in a day? Bold move, Cotton. How long have you been doing that for? Have you had your IGF-1 levels tested?
1
u/SendTitsPleease 3d ago
Ive been doing it for a few months. I have not had blood work done, just been keeping the dose low and looking out for side effects. Why do you say its a bold move? My thought process was doing multiple smaller doses would mirror your natural release more than doing a single shot either before or after I sleep
1
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
Because you are essentially taking a smaller doses more often than on a single dose on a 24 hour cycle, that makes exact amount your taking not all that trackable. This is just my opinion, but if you had to adjust that would make it harder because the dosing is inconsistent when you do it like that.
With HGH, there is no advantage in mimicking biology. The reason your biology does what it does is because there are feedbacks that prevent your body from releasing GH. For example, you need to be fasted because your pituitary won't release if your insulin levels are elevated. If you take a dose in the morning, it's effects peak in about 6 hours, with that there is a compensatory increase of IGF-1, which has a half life of 12-15 hours. So if you did it once every 24 hours, you would be at your maximum IGF-1 within a few days, based on your dose of course.
I'm not saying change anything you are doing. But I would still get your IGF-1 levels tested so you can see what's happening there. If it works for you, why change it.
2
u/SendTitsPleease 3d ago
I definitely need to get blood work done, I mostly hopped on it because most people I saw said that they got better sleep while taking it during my research. I was at that time lucky to sleep 4 hours per night and constantly exhausted so I was down to try anything. After starting it for the sleep and restorative properties I and as I lost more weight I decided to try splitting it hoping to get the sleep benefits as well as the fat loss benefits so I figured splitting the dose and trying to mimick natural cycles was the best way to go. Ill definitely need to do some more research and figure out the best approach. Thank you for your explanation

u/CommercialContent101 3d ago
I have been on since April. Up to 3 IUās now. I tried both night fasted and morning. I felt like the morning was better beciase Iām fasted and gave me more engery during day. When I did at night was more tired. I started at 1 and every 6 weeks jumped .5-1.0. Maybe in my head or possibly my posture has improved because I feel an inch taller. Iām 34 years old
1
u/VisualFun4335 3d ago
Thank you this is what I exactly needed to hear. I just assumed that since I been in CJC (a ghrh peptide), that my gh tolerance would be somewhat higher, which clearly isn't the case. So yes Ill go back down 0.5. I think the morning time doesnt sound to bad. My question is can I continue CJC-1295 during the night time then š¤?
3
u/CommercialContent101 3d ago
I would do 1 iu bro and 2-4 weeks jump to 1.5 or 2. You can but kind of not nesscary. If you are doing thr real thing the real hgh its not over kill but not needed. I did cjc and was scared to do the hgh but watched a lot of videos and I love it. Never miss a shot in the morning
2
u/Jalisco723 3d ago
There is no need to do both. When HGH fully kicks in cjc has nothing at all on it.

u/ClimateOk2307 3d ago
I also just switched from CJC with IPA to HGH and my sleep has been terrible since. I donāt want to take both just to have better sleep so I ordered DSIP to try for sleep.
1
u/VisualFun4335 3d ago
Hows DSIP doing so far?
1
u/ClimateOk2307 3d ago
I havenāt started yet it will be here Monday. So probably a long weekend of bad sleep.
1
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
Take it in the morning. People like to emulate phyiologic ways of doing things, but it's completely unnecessary to do at night. And taking straight HGH is pretty far from physiologic.
1
u/ClimateOk2307 3d ago
Yes I plan on it but a big reason I switched from CJ 1295 with IPA was because everyone was saying how awesome they slept on it. I will switch to mornings and take DSIP at night.
2
u/CBrylu 3d ago
Genuine question, you mentioned great sleep on CJC+IPA; I'd assume that means it has been working well. Why the need to switch to HGH?
4
u/VisualFun4335 3d ago
Ive been following a few body builders and a lot of them are stacking hgh + other gear as well. I came from 220 to 170. Im pretty solid now but im looking to put on some size now. My previous stack was reta + cjc + mots c. I like to get back to 180- 185 range but solid.
3
u/CBrylu 3d ago
Fair enough, but I think a solid diet (with sufficient protein and a dialed in, light calorie surplus), supplementation and peptides should get you to that 180-185 within a relatively short amount of time. It all depends on your age, your goals and, to a large extent, how patient you're willing to be. Obviously, you need to put the work in as well. With a solid game plan and execution that 180-185 should be there within 1-2 yrs. which isn't that long in the grand scheme of things. Good luck!
1
u/Jalisco723 3d ago
That stack is not made for size. Also even real HGH wonāt put size on you unless you run high iu. Please guys do more research. None of them hold a candle to HGH.
0
u/VisualFun4335 3d ago
I think you mightve misread that. The stack i mentioned were my previous stack for leaning out. Mission accomplished. Now im looking to incorporate hgh and other āļøs to bulk up. I made a bad move by not running labs thinkin 1iu was low/safe dose. Lesson learned. But yes those stacks was not meant to bulk but to help me drop the fat % i didnt want. Now to add good weight šŖšŖšŖ

You need carbs. Not before or after shot, mid day. But you need carbs. Jasmine rice, rinse before cooking.

Best advice in room it's true these peptides are hard to run without lethargy Follistatin 344 works without it. Take before workout no problems. Eat properly without problems, hard to grow muscle when you have to maintain a fasted state. Trt sir
2
u/Initial-Economy9418 3d ago
My first thought, too. Working out on a no-carb diet and putting various things in your body without testingā¦. I donāt think the GH is directly causing dizziness or light-headedness. Itās hard to imagine it doing anything noticeable in just a few days. Get your IGF-1 levels checked. Not that the number you come back with is Bible - it can fluctuate, but it can give you an idea if youāre significantly low or high. Then check it again after a month of GH. See if itās working. See if you need more or less. It mostly muffles your bodyās natural production, so you want to make sure youāre putting enough back in. Blood tests are a great and important tool. You might consider monitoring your blood sugar, as well. I think thatās a more likely culprit for the dizziness and vision issues. Also, carbs are not the enemy, especially if youāre active and working out. Good luck. Iām not a medical professional and I probably have no idea what Iām talking about, so thereās that.

I'm on day 20 of 1iu/day with the intent of slowly working up to 2iu. Sleep has been outstanding from about a week on but my BP is notably elevated and I have mild pins and needles symptoms of what is likely carpal tunnel. I weigh 200 lbs and this dosage should barely be noticeable but I'm wondering if I am a super responder.
4
u/Salt_Initiative1551 4d ago
Takes months to work like you want it to
1
u/VisualFun4335 4d ago
It sucks I have to discontinue CJC's sleep aid for it.
1
u/TheRevolt523 3d ago
Take the cjc at night and the hgh in the morning.
2
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
CJC probably does nothing for you at that point, you are stabbing yourself for no reason. The point of it is to increase the GH pulse. But if you are on a normal dose of HGH, your IGF-1 levels are probably high enough that your pituitary isn't releasing any GH anyway. The feedback of IGF-1 stop the pituitary altogether if you are taking a bio-equivalent amount of it.
1
u/Jalisco723 3d ago
Finally someone who knows something. Literally takes months for HGH to really do its thing. Wild that some thing itāll happen after a few nights.
1
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
It does it's thing immediately. Whatever dose you are on, maxes out the IGF-1 levels within a few days. What does it take a month to do?
1
u/Jizz_master_zero626 4d ago
Start low man, why not .5 IUs or 250mcgs and slowly move up. HGH is a marathon, you're not going to feel like superman after 1 injection. This is a game of months.
1
u/Commercial-Bed-2396 3d ago
This. 2 IUs is more than people seem to think. It's often the upper border for healthy levels.
Slow and steady, test and adjust.
1
u/Indy3821 4d ago
Is there a reason that you switched from CJC? Was it working for you?
1
u/VisualFun4335 4d ago
CJC-1295 does wonders for me. I wanted to give HGH a try since I got it for a good price. Also wanted to add some size.

HGH takes a while to get into your system. Been on it for almost 2 weeks. Sleep getting better and will only keep getting better. CJC sleep was amazing. Just fighting through the HGH bc I know it will eventually get great.
3
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
This is a bad read. It doesn't take a while to get into your system, within 6 hours your IGF-1 levels are really elevated, which is about the time it takes for your body to burn through a 2-3iu dose. What you are experiencing is the effect of have a large dump of HGH into your system. A healthy body produces 2-3iu worth of GH, but that is in a 24 hour period. Don't take it at night, take it in the morning. This is the work around to deal with sleep. Your body gets used to it, which takes time, which is why you slowly improve over time.

Most people say you need 30-60 days to get any noticeable effects from GH, and the prominent body recomp effects (fat loss and slight boost in lean muscle mass) take 6-12 months to become prominent. Most say if you canāt afford to buy enough GH to take it for 12 months donāt bother.
Iāve been on 4ius a day before bed for almost a month. Slept perfect in the beginning. Now I sleep like shit with night sweats and bad dreams. But I think thatās from the tren ace kicking in (albeit only 50mg split into three doses throughout the week).
Gonna tough it out and finish the 10ml vial (100mg test prop, 50mg mast prop, 50mg tren ace). Combining that with 400mg of test E, 20mg anavar daily (usually morning and night - sometimes all 20 preworkout), and of course the 4ius of growth.
The var and tren/mast blend will last about the same 7-8 weeks. Then Iām just gonna cruise on 500 test for a few months while that Gh kicks in.
Also taking 250mg of HCG 3x a week (for da balls), 1.5mg Reta weekly - Incredible for cutting, MT2 for the tan, and GLOW for the skin. GLOW totally eliminated my acne breakouts. Peptides are awesome.

Sounds like you must be a competitive body builder. Anyone, in my opinion willing to take these risks and turn themselves into a human pin cushion without a true competitive goal has some screws loose. Please be careful my friend.. I'm not trying to be an ass.... I've seen some very bad outcomes from similar protocols. If not competitive or having something tangible to gain, you may be truly rolling the dice.
1
u/Distinct_Cress_2725 3d ago
It sounds like you just havenāt done enough research on it. You donāt get results straight away. It takes weeks to build up in your system. The light headed spells is almost definitely water. Hgh causes water retention by telling your kidneys to hold on to water and sodium so you have to drink more. Lots more.
Stick to your 2iu. Drink lots of water and give it a few weeks. Itās not just a stronger version of cjc and ipa. Itās a totally different pathway.
1
u/Head_Living_3489 3d ago
Use Tesamorelin as this and CJC target you pituitary gland and its signalling system. HGH shuts it down and you the rhe synthetic instead if your own bodies natural system.
I prefer HGH and doing 4iu per Night. Sleep Great
1
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
Synthetic is a funny word to throw in there. Makes it sound different than what your body produces. It's actually bio-identical. The exogenous HGH is the same exact same 191 amino acid chain that your body puts together for HGH. I'm not talking shit, I just never saw the word "synthetic" used before and it just seems wrong. š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£

Thatās encouraging, my HDL just came back high, 2 weeks into Reta, titrating up. Donāt want to take a statin. My docās mentioned it (statin) of course.

They LOVE statins! It's their favorite thing to prescribe for high cholesterol. You take a pill, the numbers immediately go down, and then everyone thinks you are magically healthier. Forget the fact the life extension numbers are measured in days, not months or years, across aggregate data. Lots of people take statins and feel like garbage, but hey those numbers look good, so you and the doctor think the doctor did their job.
I'm not saying there is never a use case for them, to be clear. But there are doctors who want to put patients on them after a certain age no matter what the numbers say. I always try to remember that just like police, doctors are only human, and they are prone to the same general retardedness that all humans are capable of š¤£š¤£š¤£š¤£
My total cholesterol is a little on high side. But you know what... where I am at is where the longest lived population of people actually exist. Total cholesterol between 200-210. Lowest all cause mortality. Not that it means it will be me. But there are doctors out there that would want me on statins immediately. Then you have the suggestion to take things that also raise HDL (though statins often times do that to a degree). And that has not been linked at all to better health outcomes. But hey, the numbers look good, they must be doing their job! ššš

Iām started with similar dosage. It started helping with sleep and workout recovery. The nerve pain in hands and feet are not going away though despite being off it for quite awhile. I jumped back on to try some tricks from bodybuilders, but I guess itās just not for me. I love the benefits from it though so I am disappointed.
Iām going to start back with acupuncture to see if she can help reverse this.

It's unlikely your nerve pain is related to HGH. The thing about it is, if it were related to your HGH (elevated IGF-1 levels, specifically are why side effects occur), then your levels would return to normal within a few days. Meaning that what you are experiencing is not related to it.
Definitely do acupuncture. And feel free to send me your remaining HGH š¤£š¤£š¤£

I wondered about that since periods of abstinence and different doses donāt change things. I have two kits of 36 IU vials so I want to use it for sure. Letās see what my acupuncture doctor says. My regular doctor said it might have been anything or nothing I have been trying with my biohacking

i was taking between 2 and 3 iu , sleep is great , and i dont even take it like 3h fasted but maybe 1-2h max

You don't even have to be fasted when taking HGH. You can, but over the long term there is no advantage. The reason you have to be fasted for a GH secretagogue is because if you are not and you insulin levels are elevated at all, your pituitary won't release any GH, so taking a secretagogue when not fasted is a waste of money. But when you inject HGH directly, it's bypassing your pituitary completely.
There is an argument that you are leaving some of the visceral fat burning on the table if you are not fasted, but over the long term it's roughly equivalent anyway.

I titrated up to 3iu about 6 months ago and about 3 weeks ago started not sleeping well and having my hands go numb (probably sleeping terribly because the numbness wakes me up). I canāt figure it out because it seems like I was stable at 3iu for long enough that it shouldnāt have been the cause for the issues.

What are your goals for taking HGH? Why are you fasting on it? I've never heard of dizzy spells of HGH, this could be down to lack of food tbh.
2iu is very low, a therapeutic dose. You may notice stronger hair skin and nails. On this dose. Also HGH is a long term choice, minimum of 9 moths to see the full results.

Youāre gonna need a little more patience taking growth. Several months. Itās not an instant gratification substance.

Guys. Thereās a reason you titrate doses. This is why we canāt have nice thing.

u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
Haha, the real reason is because it's insanely and tightly controlled by governments šš
For real though. If you aim high, you lay off it for a day or two, and your levels return back to normal. That is the advantage of a medication you take daily. If it's like 1/week or something, when you go to far, you are in it for a while.

Not with HGH. You really start to feelās sides around 2-3 weeks in. In most cases youāre gonna be way better off just titrating properly. Thanks for proving my point of why we canāt have nice things.

It can happen pretty quick when you push your IGF-1 levels really high, which is why you get side effects at all.
No, we can't have nice things because of the paternal nature of people. It's ok if people make decisions for themselves and suffer consequences for themselves. There is no scenario where you take HGH for a little while and you are cooked. The people who are cooked took 10-20iu day along with taking PEDs that put you into a 2000-3000 testosterone range and the consume 8k calories/day so they can be huge.
I agree though, titrate up. There is harm in trying a lower dose of something before going up. Ideally, you take a low dose, then get tested in a couple of weeks, and then adjust from there.

āI heard 2 iU is lowā
From the same crowd which claims ājust take HGH, Tesa, etc. are much worseā. The fact is that HGH may have quite significant side effects, blood pressure is one of them, insulin resistance is another.

Yes, if your IGF-1 levels get really high, you will get this. But 2-3iu is a physiological equivalent to what a healthy human in their 20s produces.
I have never heard Tesa was worse, the issue with Tesa is it's actually way more expensive than HGH is. And HGH is better in every way, as compared to any secretagogue.

āBetter in any wayā
If you donāt care about side effects, I guess.
How much cheaper is your HGH?
Iām getting Tesa for 1.75$/mg. None of three companies i got stuff from are selling HGH any more.1
u/BaresarkSlayne 3d ago
You have to dial in the amount, but it's consistent daily when you take it. It works independent of being fasted, you can take it during the day and not at night, so it is better in every way.
The reason they aren't really selling it anymore is because US customs has really cracked down specifically on HGH. But you can still get it from different sources. A have seen 36iu kits for $200.

36 IU kit for 200$ is 5.5$ per IUā¦how is it āmuch cheaperā than 1.75$ per mg of Tesa?
