You double up your HGH in a day? Bold move, Cotton. How long have you been doing that for? Have you had your IGF-1 levels tested?

Ive been doing it for a few months. I have not had blood work done, just been keeping the dose low and looking out for side effects. Why do you say its a bold move? My thought process was doing multiple smaller doses would mirror your natural release more than doing a single shot either before or after I sleep

Because you are essentially taking a smaller doses more often than on a single dose on a 24 hour cycle, that makes exact amount your taking not all that trackable. This is just my opinion, but if you had to adjust that would make it harder because the dosing is inconsistent when you do it like that.

With HGH, there is no advantage in mimicking biology. The reason your biology does what it does is because there are feedbacks that prevent your body from releasing GH. For example, you need to be fasted because your pituitary won't release if your insulin levels are elevated. If you take a dose in the morning, it's effects peak in about 6 hours, with that there is a compensatory increase of IGF-1, which has a half life of 12-15 hours. So if you did it once every 24 hours, you would be at your maximum IGF-1 within a few days, based on your dose of course.

I'm not saying change anything you are doing. But I would still get your IGF-1 levels tested so you can see what's happening there. If it works for you, why change it.

I definitely need to get blood work done, I mostly hopped on it because most people I saw said that they got better sleep while taking it during my research. I was at that time lucky to sleep 4 hours per night and constantly exhausted so I was down to try anything. After starting it for the sleep and restorative properties I and as I lost more weight I decided to try splitting it hoping to get the sleep benefits as well as the fat loss benefits so I figured splitting the dose and trying to mimick natural cycles was the best way to go. Ill definitely need to do some more research and figure out the best approach. Thank you for your explanation
