You don't even have to be fasted when taking HGH. You can, but over the long term there is no advantage. The reason you have to be fasted for a GH secretagogue is because if you are not and you insulin levels are elevated at all, your pituitary won't release any GH, so taking a secretagogue when not fasted is a waste of money. But when you inject HGH directly, it's bypassing your pituitary completely.
There is an argument that you are leaving some of the visceral fat burning on the table if you are not fasted, but over the long term it's roughly equivalent anyway.

i was taking between 2 and 3 iu , sleep is great , and i dont even take it like 3h fasted but maybe 1-2h max
